We had a good night sleep, the shower works very well and the room is okay but I've seen better layouts. I could walk from the hotel to the various hospitals nearby.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was one of the nicest I've seen in many years of traveling. Soothing, gentle colors, nice wood paneling (likely veneer, but who cares) and effective but not overbearing lighting. Of particular note were these things: 1) large ceiling-to-floor glass-door shower. Big enough for two, but fit my large frame well; 2) sliding frosted "glass" doors to separate the shower room and the commode room (yes, a separated toilet) from the main room; 3) comfortable furniture in the sitting area and a decent desk with a sliding glass partition at desk level (kind of like a "you want fries with that" service window). I had a "king suite." The shower was really forceful, something I enjoy. Most showers in hotels are weak. There is a shuttle which takes you from the hotel to the many hospitals nearby in the city's "heath center", which includes the VA hospital. The shuttle, starting at 6 AM, can take you to the insanely busy airport which hasn't enough road access too alleviate the congestion, but it is doable. The shuttle service is free. There is a selection of junk food and junk drinks for purchase. There is a restaurant which offers a modest selection of stuff including interesting appetizers. They also have a selection of delivery food but only their selection so as to dissuade under-doormenu-stuffers. Really nice place.

There is no problem if you have a car or travel with uber during your stay.

The staff was very friendly starting with the driver that picked us up from the airport and ending with the front desk personnel. The check-in was quick and efficient. The rooms were updated, clean and included all amenities. The included breakfast had great choices and was very tasty.

Good/safe parking, clean room, plenty of space, newer feel. small exterior pool, good breakfast options. walking distance to grocery store, small cafes and 7-11. not great to walk at night. Has a small bar (Tony bartender nice guy)and seating areas. few minutes drive to downtown or airport with no traffic issues.

I just did not like the neighborhood but in the hotel you did not feel uncomfortable!

The room was large. The bathroom was odd. Separate toilet room and separate shower. The bathroom doors were a foggy glass. I You couldn't see through completely but if your staying with people you are private to you may be uncomfortable. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, fruit, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, grits, juice, coffee.... It was loud, we heard all the traffic and outside noise of Miami, but that's the location.

The hotel should have people working at the front desk. I waited more than 45 min to get extra sheets for the sofa bed. The room should be able to have those available.

We booked a cruise leaving the Port of Miami. Prior to the cruise, we stayed at the Red Roof Plus in Miami because it offered a free shuttle to the Port. The Red Roof Plus was a dive and didn't have a free shuttle time that could accomodate us. After the cruise, we stayed at Springhill. What a beautiful hotel! We loved it and learned that had we stayed there before the cruise, we would have had a free shuttle to the Port. I highly recommend this hotel. I gave the staff a 4 because they were too busy and understaffed. The location is not the greatest, but if you don't plan on leaving the hotel, it would be fine. We will stay here again.

The staff was great and very helpful, the room was good, but the location is lacking.

It was good other than shuttle was delayed which is understandable because of traffic.

...which was a night in a convenient location in between 2 days of activities. Not a "luxury" hotel by any means but room & bed was clean & comfortable, friendly staff, wifi access, separate working area next to bedroom, free breakfast, good price for the area. NOTE: $15 daily fee to park in the garage but it's safe, convenient & the only place to park in the immediate area.

The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access from MIA and the shuttle to the cruise terminal was troubler free.

Overall, for the price and location great deal. Great hotel! Clean, spacious room and courteous staff. Would stay there again as it is so close to UM.

We flew into Miami the evening before our cruise and stayed at this hotel for its convenience (as reported by other reviewers). When we were picked up at the airport for transfer to the hotel we were caught in traffic from an area baseball game. The hotel driver was very stressed about it taking so long to get to the hotel, but he was doing a great job of navigating the taffic. The room was very nice with a light modern motif and the trip to the cruise terminal the next morning was effortless.

After reading some of the not so positive reviews I was a bit wary of staying here, but after we arrived I found that our room and the rest of the hotel was great, clean and with modern rooms, The food was good and the complimentary breakfest was good as well, only had to wait for about 15 minutes for shuttle from airport, and shuttle to port was only $5.00 per person with many time options. we did walk around a bit in the morning and that was fine not sure about walking aroud at night. Would I stay again Yes.

The hotel room was comfortable, clean and had a boutique feel. Went to Miami for business and interviews in the hospital district, so this hotel was perfect because it was walking distance to the Clinical research building, Jackson Memorial, and the VA.

The hotel is clean, offers a good buffet breakfast, has a Starbucks inside, shuttle to the airport and Bayside (Not included), free Wi-Fi, business center and a helpful and kind staff. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and offer facilities like a microwave, a mini fridge and a coffee blender. The hotel is very close to Culmer Station, where you can take the Metrorail and it is 2 stations from Government Center in Downtown Miami. Although local people say it is close to a not so safe neighborhood, when I walked to Culmer Staton I did not feel unsafe.

The room was spacious and clean. The sofa bed was not comfortable.
