Upon checking in with my 3 year old daughter and friend, someone hurled a full can of beer from a top balcony that missed us by a step. It exploded so hard that it freaked out my daughter. Andre the manager was nice enough to upgrade us to a different tower so we didnt have to walk through the garden where the incident happen. In the wake of coronavirus their bathroom by the pool had no soap. I informed the bartender and waitstaff and sure enough went back to the bathroom 2 hours later where there still was no soap available to wash hands.

The property was great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean & well stocked. We would stay there again.

The overall staff service was good however housekeeping is not very well trained. We arrived at our room after 4p after the day at the pool only to have the housekeeper just walk in unannounced. She became upset that we were in the room and that she was tired and at the end of her day. She left, did not come back and no fresh towels.

Overpriced for the quality offered. Staff was not very knowledgeble.

Had a "partial" view of the ocean room. and it was still AMAZING!

Excellent decor. Very clean. Nice ambiance. Aromatic beautiful smell. Place needs some updating but it’s still a great place to stay. Great staff

The property was nice and the staff was very friendly. The hotel smell really good but the smell is a little to strong at times. The shower and the tub was amazing. The room wasn’t really clean my boyfriend walked around the room in his socks and had a lot of dog hair in them. The room we had you can sit out and enjoy the music playing and the ocean. Would definitely come back and close to a lot of stores like a 7 min walk
