Not what expected hotel not clean no elevator poor breakfast

The hotel is an old building. The staff at the front desk is not good, they are not friendly and helpful. I think the hotel needs more improvement specially the bathroom.

Hotel bath room was very small , Breakfast room was to small, not even room to move around, sit or anything. close to airport. not far from cruise port. don't pay the shuttle to get back from the cruise port, a cab it cheaper , we paid $10.00 apice there were 4. $ 40.00. a cab was $30.00

While this hotel was near the airport it was by far the worse we have stayed in overnight. The hotel staff were semi friendly. There was a heavy deodorized smell in the hallway in the evening when we got there and bleach in the morning. It was horrible. Thank god the rooms didnt have that smell. The rooms were below comfort standard. The mattresses were old and we felt every spring when laying on it through the night. The bathrooms had bubbling paint on the wall and door frames. We were afraid tonwalk barefoot in our room. One wouldve expected a decent view from the hotel room window, which was filthy. Right outside iur room was a cat run that was built to house what appeared to be stray cats. The only positive thing about the hotel was the willingness of the staff yo hold two jackets we accidentally left behind before we went on our cruise. They offered free shuttle to the port and then from the airport and back to the airport after our cruise so i could pick up the jackets that they had safely locked away.

close to the airport , clean room , free parking, could ve been better but the person at the front desk (wednesday 10/18 11 pm) was not polite, the next front desk agent after midnight was very polite and help us storaging our luggage, it s a safe area , very close from the airport, safe area

No supplies, trash can etc provided, there were bugs on the floor. Better stay somewhere else.

Simple, close to the airport. Shuttle Small room

Hotel was called for the Airport Shuttle to pickup and was told between 15 to 20 minutes the shuttle should arrive. Waited for 30 minutes and shuttle never arrived. I chose this hotel mainly because of the airport pickup.

Smells like smoke, run down hotel, rusted air vent, no extractor fan in bathroom. No table, appearance of half furnished room. Horrible breakfast. Tasteless fruit, dried cereal, coffee, dry bagels, bread and old stale muffins. No Wi-Fi in rooms far from lobby. Run by men as far as I could see, just a place to sleep, nothing more. Saw bugs on check out.

There is no elevator. There is only one employee for everything. My reservation was incorrect. There is no security lock on the inside of the doors. There is no coffee, tea or water in the rooms. The television was very blurry on all channels. A cold and miserable breakfast. The entire Inn smells very bad. The wake-up call never came. The shuttle service came late.

I killed so many roaches in the two days I stayed here it was ridiculous. The room in the bathroom is less than a hallway closet they crammed the shower sink and toilet all in a small space. Anyone over weight will not be able to fit on the toilet and will get stuck between the toilet and shower. I say to use the restroom and my legs were touching the wall and shower then a roach came crawling towards me on the wall as I tried to get up quickly. There were roaches and broken roach eggs in the night stands as well as roaches running across the bed.

The staff was always on top of things and worked very hard.to please. Always very courteous.defenaitly a team effort.we don't speak Spanish so there's was a bit of a language barrier.( Not at the front desk) but we worked it out . I would stay again.very convenient with airport and pier shuttle service.
