Hotel is clean and in good location. Elevator need service asap. Not much help from staff with your luggage, I think it was only one person working. I got huge room, one bedroom apt looks like with full kitchen and full minibar. Water pressure in the shower is very low. Over all I like the place and will recommend it.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in .... the bar was 10 ' away from our door ... the cost to park was insulting

The hotel is really welcoming n calm. The lemon water n apples are epic n again the deli close by is awesome

First the hotel in the pic is the parking lot across the hotel wish dont belong to the hotel the place is a cheap motel with no parking and if u want them to park ur car is an aditional 42 dollar i check in and check out for the money u can stay at the trump tower for 45 dollar more wish i did and parking included i dont recomend not even my enemies to that place

The hotel staff overall were great except the woman who checked us in was rude after making a mistake on her end. The shower temperature never got good, it jumped from scalding to freezing without touching the dial. The on site restaurant was great and facilities were all clean.

Was surprised when I got up graded to a suute it was a comfortable room with full kitchen the staff was very accommodating and nice happy hour every nite and although the hotel was not on the beach it was a short walk and we recieved complimentary chairs . They gave us tickets for free uber rides and they have a complimentary shuttle to airport it was truly an enjoyable experience it had a expresso machine in the lobby that was delicious

Great time in Miami. Front desk receptionist was very nice & helpful.

Close to the beach. Staff was knowledgeable and gave me pointers on the area.

This was a nice hotel, the roof top pool was enjoyable.

We got upgraded to a suite and it was pretty cool. We could walk anywhere fun from there. We also could rent bikes and ride around town from there. Staff was great, room was great, location was great.

Upon entering our hotel room my friends and I were greeted with a horrible stench and a broken lamp- which proved to be an amazing foreshadowing for the service we would receive the rest of our weekend. The maids never entered our rooms without us requesting multiple times and when they did, they only refilled our fridge. Our beds were never made, our towels were not changed (even after asking) and we had to call and request toilet paper. When we finally checked out, our shuttle was also 25 minutes late to pick us up. We were not living or dying for our hotel.

Enjoyed my stay. The room was small but good for one person. They had 2 pools, one was shaded the other one wasn't. I went to the beach so it didn't matter. Loved that the beach chairs were included in price.

It was almost perfect...but you can hear practically everything outside inside the room...the bed was sooooo comfortable!!!

We stayed on Building 1, floor 3. Every single step from the 4th floors was heard and we were not able sleep at all trhough the night.

Had a great experience at the hotel although my boyfriend was a little upset with the bartender, for she was very rude and didn't know how to make a Long Island

My stay at The Riviera was delightful. Everything about the place allowed for a relaxing weekend. One thing that I would like to see added, would be a ice machine on every floor. When I needed ice in the middle of the night I had to track downstairs to the bar area. I would also like to see doors added the shower stall. My girl slipped on water the spilled out into the bathroom area, and could have hurt herself. With that said, when I return to South Beach I will staying at the Riviera Hotel

My husband and I love this hotel, we stayed there few times, and we are coming back, we love everything about and the staff is great, thank you Pedro, Hairo, Daniel and the rest.

We stay for labor day weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds has a memory foam layer ,good sleep. Overall ,we will stay there again. The only tip to the Hotel staff is to organize better the Happy hour for guest. the bar is small and to many people looking forward to get the liquor.

My stay at Riviera Hotel was nothing less than amazing. Conveniently located within steps to the beach, shops and restaurants. Staff was super friendly and nice, very helpful and accommodating with all my requests. Room was clean, modern and chic with great AC and wifi. It also has a mini bar for your convenience at a cost, which is great for the times you don't want to step outside but really would love a glass of wine etc.

We were there to relax by the pool, enjoy the live music at the hotel, we loved the happy hour, we had a great time, the staff was amazing, the room was perfect, every detail was just in place, I would recommend and we are going back soon.

Hey Pete, We are sincerely bummed to hear you didn't have the most amazing experience with us, as our guests normally do. It's also lovely to hear you enjoyed our comfortable beds and gorgeously decorated rooms. We will be sure to go over your feedback with management. Kind regards,
