Price good for convenience . Hotel extremely old and not updated. Rooms clean . Breakfast needs improvement, toaster ancient.

It is almost not possible to get through calling in. They don't know their booking system and dont find my booking. They are scared of giving access to the boss - the boss avoids contact with guests. the front desk is direct obstructing in all aspects - not ordering taxis, not arranging for iron and iron board. To sum-up the worst hotel staff experience I had of all 2500 night in my life.

Very nice hotel easy to find. Know shuttle from Airport but very nice shuttle to the port of Miami. Staff was overall nice and friendly except for the food attendant lady was very rude. She didn't want to help us. She just started putting the food up so fast and she know we was coming in to eat because we had just asked her what time breakfast was over and she didn't care.

Water dripping from ceiling and black mold present!!

IT WAS GREAT QUIET GREAT VIEW CLEAN FRIENDLY STAFF

Located in downtown but pretty run down. Fairly clean, staff got the job done but were not that pleasant.

Great for the price Roos was very big Will come again

Loved the vintage, deco vibe, and our room had an amazing view of the river and city! We slept really well, quiet and comfortable. Central location, and you can walk to groceries, or jog along the river. Staff were really helpful. Some more healthful breakfast options would be nice. It is not chain hotel generic, flawless, but it is clean, comfortable and romantic/slightly faded glamorous. We really loved it here and would definitely come back.

Service was not ideal, the hotel has no parking so add $25 per day for valet or around $20 for parking in a tower around 5 min walking distance. The internet speed and availability was bad. There was painting coming off the ceiling, electric sockets didn't work. Overall bad experience.

can walk to downtown everywhere , but parking not easy

My wife and I stayed here twice, going and returning from a cruise. On both stays we had different rooms. The first room had a kitchenette, with a sink but no refrigerator. The second room was smaller. Both rooms were in need of some TLC and better lighting. However, they both had very good air conditioning units with thermostats; good ventilation systems in the bathrooms. The rooms both smelled very clean and fresh and were adequate for one nights stay. The hotel provides a shuttle to the port through a separate company. They charge six dollars per person and they are very professional. The hotel is located right beside the MetroMover. A free service that is provided by the city Miami that takes you were you need to go within the city (very nice system). Also, MetroMover can drop you off at the MetroRail, for $2.25, you can be taken to the Airport or Amtrak station. I am only recommending this hotel for a one nights stay. My wife says that she would not recommend staying here.

Best one star hotel you will ever stay at.... The reviews are truly correct do not stay in room 305 horrible if you do, Do not open the window

I had a good stay although the temperature was warm in the room. The AC was not very good. Everything else was great.

Short on amenities. No microwave, iron, or blow dryer.

Room and service were good. They charged me extra $50. I will coll them on Monday and ask.

Rooms need better maintainence. Wifi was slow or did not work.

It's an old but well located hotel! It worth every penny paid per night!

Easy ckin, arrived after 11pm...no problem. STAFF very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. You could tell the hotel was gorgeous in it's day. We sure hope management will bring it back to it's original grandeur. Continental breakfast needed assistance. Loose the eggs and sausage. Just put out some juice, coffee, milk, muffins, danish, cereals, instant oatmeal. Keep it simple.

Nothing worked. The tv had to be fixed 4 times. Radio was broken. Had to have 2 light bulbs replaced. No cold water out of the sink faucet, cold water was hot. I would never stay at this hotel again. Pay a little more and get a nice hotel room!!!
