Had to look for a hotel close to Hyatt for a convention since they were fully booked and ended up here because it was last minute and i wanted a hotel walking distance to Hyatt. Disaster! Stains on the carpet, you can feel springs through mattress... just dirty and dated. The only upside is the breakfast, make your own waffles, breakfast sausages, coffee, toast and fruit.

Insane price for shabby rooms with beds you can feel springs through.

Very rude guy at the reception who gave me a wrong electronic key, making me go up three time to the ninth story to be able to get in the room! One elevator out of service, people staying in line for transport, very dirty, disgusting rugs and walls, old, broken mattresses in the room with the springs sticking out of the mattress and hurting your body and marks of dead bugs or worms on the mattress underneath the sheets , shapeless pillows impossible to use for sleep, filthy, disgusting, sticky upholstery, sticky tables in the dining (actually breakfast) room, unhealthy food repeating the same every single day, one single toaster for one hundred people , no water, no eggs or other protein but some very salty pale, half way cooked sausages. No place to sit for all the people, so they stay in line first at the toaster, then for a place to sit. People would barely make their way to the dining room because of one broken elevator out of only two.

Booked this hotel for a one day stay due to me going on a cruise. A little out dated if you're big on decor, staff is VERY friendly and resourceful. The room was clean, can use some updating; again if you're big on decor. The location was EVERYTHING. We explored via metro rail and a short distance to the port. I wouldn't stay there for a 6 days/5nights vacation but a day or two is okay.

I recommend more variety for breakfast and fix the air conditioners of the rooms. In the reservation through the internet it never says anything about the parking and when you get there it's $ 25 valet parking ....

This was an excellent hotel. It was centrally located to amenities, it was clean and safe. There were no issues.

Last sept. 24 we had 3 rooms. Under POL, Matta and Morales. Our first stay was good that was why we came back. Location excellent Now dec. 12. Room 1007 was horrible. Bed you can feel matress spring. Breakfast incomplete. Staff excellent. My wife and me were celebrating, my wife birthday. Hope next time will be better.

Nice location in the middle of town. Staff was helpful but overworked. The hotel looked modern but was rough on the edges. The entrance area seemed crowded as was the car entrance. Many people asking many questions.

Nice location but they should remodelate the rooms. Too old.

Beware that if you live in this hotel, there is no coffee maker in room, nor is there free drinking water. During our stay, there was not a single chair in our room. We asked the hotel staff for a chair, but was never given one.

not worth the money , no parking they can't even provide a glass to drink something just plastic cups

Just needed to sleep after a long and late flight untell I go to a nicer hotel next day. Staff was great but the hotel is really old.they really need a renovation. I was not mad because you get what you paid for. the hotel was really cheap so I thought I could squeeze a cheap room for a night to save some money

There was no hot water called for extra wash clothes because the room only had 1 wash cloth an no one came to bring anything. The bed was hard as a cardboard the chair in the room had stains allover it an was also very hard. Just sitting on the bed u cud fell the springs coming thru the mattress. Very hard to sleep. An Breakfast only lasted 2 hours 7-9 an they turned of everything at 9am at checkout we complain about the room then we wer told the free shuttle service to the port wasnt free n e more $6 per person. It was a horrible an very uncomfortable stay an I wud not recommend this place to any one.

Hotel was in the right area for the right amount per night. I can't stress enough how this hotel was perfect for us at the time. The experience was great just like any other hotel, friendly staff, hotel ready, room was large and the bath room was big and the water works. What else do you need? I had a place to rest, shower and eat close to my destination. One thing and I am keeping it real. The breakfast was not all that so look out. Bread, Waffles, cold sausages no eggs. If you look on the bright side you will only get cereal, coffee, waffles which was hand made I guess was okay. The eating area should get a make over and that's it. Please put fruits next time but the experience was okay. I would go there again if I have to just for the record.

Price good for convenience . Hotel extremely old and not updated. Rooms clean . Breakfast needs improvement, toaster ancient.

It is almost not possible to get through calling in. They don't know their booking system and dont find my booking. They are scared of giving access to the boss - the boss avoids contact with guests. the front desk is direct obstructing in all aspects - not ordering taxis, not arranging for iron and iron board. To sum-up the worst hotel staff experience I had of all 2500 night in my life.

Very nice hotel easy to find. Know shuttle from Airport but very nice shuttle to the port of Miami. Staff was overall nice and friendly except for the food attendant lady was very rude. She didn't want to help us. She just started putting the food up so fast and she know we was coming in to eat because we had just asked her what time breakfast was over and she didn't care.

Water dripping from ceiling and black mold present!!

IT WAS GREAT QUIET GREAT VIEW CLEAN FRIENDLY STAFF

Located in downtown but pretty run down. Fairly clean, staff got the job done but were not that pleasant.
