Is not my first time staying in this hotel so far everything was good until my last stay the room 148 it was not clean properly and the bathroom it was horrible

Buena, pero no me gusto un poco el trato del personal, no habia computadores para poder hacerlas confirnaciones de vuelo tuve que usar el pc de recepcion.

The room smelled heavily of chlorine and the towel bar at the sink was broken and we had to go get towels because it wasn't restocked. The only convenience was the shuttle to Port Miami. They were prompt and on time. Unfortunately, that was the extent of our stay and will not go to the hotel again.

I will never go here they do not take care of there customers I miss my f light and they didn't care they wouldn't change my check in date or cancel

There was mold throughout the room. The stinch of mold was evident. They could not give me another room i til the next day. Due to our flight, we had a late checkin and no other hotels had any vacancies at that time. They did give me another room the NEXT DAY!

This reservation was provided by Orbitz. Mold on base of shower, only cold food for the 'free continental breakfast', cigarette butts on ground outside the pool area, airporter shuttle was in terrible condition, no place to put luggage, bare bones with minimum care...

Dirty room, bad attitude from the staff, and the bus service was terrible. They suppose to leave every 30 minutes, but they really leave whenever they want. They also passed me at the airport when I was waiting for pickup. This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel within the last 30 days, only because it's close to the airport. Never again! I wish I could get all me money back!!!

Very close to the airport. The rooms are not new, they need to be refurnished. I was not pleased with the overall experience.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff is polite and friendly. The pool area and hotel are very clean and nice. Overall stay was very nice. Only complaint is their pillows, not comfortable at all.

The purpose of this motel is somewhere to stay close to the airport, coming or going. This inn was very satisfactory for that purpose. I used their shuttle both ways and the wait at the airport was about 15 mins, which is not too bad for every half an hour. I took their 5AM shuttle and that worked just fine. In general the room was quite nice given the low price. Everything worked, the decor was not offensive, nothing was malfunctioning, the shower was good, the bed was comfortable and the pillows worked for me.

There were several things we didn't care for about the hotel. First, we were disappointed that we reserved four rooms, and called and requested that they be near each other, but they were scattered all over the hotel. Secondly, the rooms were okay, but the alarm clock in our room was broken (couldn't read the time) and calls to the staff resulted in them bringing us another that was also not useable. The room was good, but the hotel was a little down in the mouth. The breakfast in the morning was horrible- no where near enough room for all the people who were trying to eat, and disappointing food choices. The staff was responsive and great- the shuttle driver was great too.

Convenient, easy access, good for mall trips,etc. I think breakfast needs improvement. Some eggs, bacon, etc.. Breakfast is very important to me.

Wooden floor is very cold and slippery due to AC. Bathroom also had a distinct odor

This hotel I will ever recommend to my worse enemy. To start the receptionist, both on the night of 12/15/2016 @ 8:44 pm, treated me like trash. They talked to me like I knew everything in the area. Then the transportation service, after waiting 2 hours, never came to pick me and my family up. Then I was told to catch a taxi, then the questioned the taxi driver on the charge. This was very stupid. After arriving to the hotel the receptionist(Nidia) stated that she will take care of the issue. We went to the room and the room was dirty and the phone did not work. The pillows were so flat that we used the towels to help us sleep. Requested a wake up call and nothing happen. Then to return to the airport the van was over full ( 17 customers cramp in). Now I sent an email to orbits to cancelled my reservation for the 1/8/2017. I prefer to spend 300.00 a night before I spend another second in that hotel. The only problem we had was a few roaches running in the room our number was 117

Red Roof Inn- Miami Airport was a decent hotel. Staff was wonderful, helpful and pleasant! Room had a good amount of space and the bed was comfortable and there was a tv. Downside was no fridge. The noise from the airplanes was pretty loud during the day but not nearly as many planes flew at night so it wasn't so frequent. Not enough parking for everyone in the paved lot so if you got back late there was a good chance that you would have to park in the grass out front of the hotel which was a little of an inconvenience. Easy access to the highway and right next to Miami Airport. Only 20 or so minutes from Ocean Drive and the beach which was a cool place to check out. Pro's- 1. Spacious room, bed was comfy, TV 2. Easy access to highway and right next to Miami Airport 3. Staff was nice/room service was good! Con's- 1. No fridge 2. Bottom of tub had stains 3. Parking could have been better (If hotel lot ran out had to park in front of hotel on the grass) 4. Very frequent airplane traffic during the day

A fine option for a one night cheap stay near airport but ask for the premier upgrade because the hotel is really NO frills... Continental breakfast was worst I've seen but cornflakes did the job. Nice small store for when you're needy. If you want lowest price for one night plus a free shuttle - this is alright! Staf was great and super friendly and helpful!

not impressed, except the shuttle

They were prompt and on time. Unfortunately, that was the extent of our stay and will not go to the hotel again.
