A hotel that has reasonable prices, but not the most efficient work staff makes this an ok hotel amongst many others in the area. With that said we had a nice stay and a nice view.

site= sea shore and close to road, staff= helpful and understanding problems; the building is old and poorly maintained, room was clean but corridors and other sites no.

Valet and check-in was fast and painless, the staff helpful and efficient..

Hotel room comfortable..the one issue I had with the refrigerator was quickly resolved

It was a good experience . Being in the hotel . I kind of wish there where stores around. But u have to walk far . But other then that it was amazing. I mean expensive food. But that's what happens when you go for vacation

This hotel is filthy. Absolutely disgusting.I had to wear shoes on the carpet at all times, there was black mold in the sliding door jam. The smell was terrible. I don't know if it was paint or mold or what but it was nasty .

I loved the location I will def. stay there again.

Old facility, old furniture; very noisy "ocean view" room; you can hear people in the balcony talking and playing music.

Beachfront is the only thing that this hotel has going for it. The bed had the worst mattress that I have slept on, you could feel the springs and the boards from the bed. The air conditioning system dripped water on us all stay, despite several attempts to "fix" it by the maintenance staff. The back mold and slime in it was disconcerting. The shower had a hole behind the knob that housed a fairly large cockroach, till a swift sandal ended his reign of terror. The staff was nice enough but always knocked on the door around 9am to ask if we needed anything, completely ignoring the "please do not disturb" sign. Their was a mandatory $15 per guest resort fee charged daily, wether or not you used the pool when it torrential downpoured for three days straight did not matter. They offer parking at $20 a day, but if they are busy it might be an hour before you'll see you car despite calling ahead 20 minutes. All in all this is a one star hotel being advertised as a three star one. We would not stay here again. Don't make the same mistake as us.

Overall great place for the price. Clean rooms and fast check in, pool is not the best but it will do specially if you come to focus on the beach which is actually very nice.

The staff were kind if rude, and not very helpful.

You are treated like u are in Prison within the pool area! Pool closed at 8 and they lock the area so u can't go to the beach. The guards are Very over the top strict except Richard he's cool! The beach bar Food is horrible and too expensive as well as the drinks. The rooms AC was horrible and moldy. I woke up everyday with a migraine and blowing black stuff out of my nose! Twice room service didn't leave clean towels or clean dishes. And we found needles on the beach! It gets a 0 out 5 stars!! Never Again

Resort fee 35.00 not to be cheap but its a old hotel not much of a resort anyway it was good

Service was great. I was accommodated for my asthma with a room that doesn't have carpet

1.TAPE ON THE WINDOWS BLOCKING CRACKS T 2.IT WASN'T CLEAN 3.IT SMELL 4.NO HEAT

The staff is okay that's it. The service is disgusting the price we paid which was almost 250 a night for three rooms was disgusting. The rooms are old and dirty. Everything is old dingy broken. The balcony had good all over from a previous guest. The refrigerator had an awful smell and was filthy. The bathroom was old moldy and hair on the towels. The beach was filthy the pool area had a modes smell. The dressers were all damaged and worse neither day we came for our room at 4pm was our room ready. The rooms weren't ready until after 5pm. The last day we came back from our cruise we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and it was even worse. Orbitz over prices and billed us double of what the cost of the hotel really was.

Had a great time in the oceanfront room with balcony. Clean. outdated bathroom but clean. Every thing was fine until the last morning when a team of workers decided to clean the hall carpets. It started about 5am and I could not sleep. Checkout on time and sleepy and grouchy all day due to no sleep. Awful time to clean the carpets, awful. I asked the hotel for bill credit but they said Orbitz would have to grant that request.

With one exception, desk staff miserable, non welcoming, etc. Hidden fees. Disgusting that Valet parking is additional $20.00 and there is no choice. More disgusting - $15.00 a day additional "Resort" fee and for what? 2 Lousy towels a day. No poolside bar service, move your own chairs around. Atlantic Cable made a change in their equipment and the hotel was completely unprepared. TV went out for more than 48 hours. I know for a fact that Miami residents had been given at least 2 weeks notice to get new equipment. there is no excuse for a commercial property to have not been aware of this well in advance.

Todo estuvo exelente pero tuvimos dos beses problemas con un agente de seguridad nos trató muy mal incluso el ultimo dia en el hotel. Pero todo estuvo muy bonito .

My "Oceanfront Room" had a beautiful view. The hotel is located right on the beach. The hotel itself was not the best. It is an older building that needs many updates to match the other newer hotels in the area. Their balconies are open and do not offer a great privacy. Be aware that some charges are included such as resort fees and valet parking fees. The hotel has no parking; and therefore, you would have to pay the valet parking fee of $20 per day and another $15 per day for resort fee. The WIFI was just trouble (very weak and interrupted signal). Rooms are very clean. Furniture is just bad or broken. The staff was very friendly. Everybody was just wonderful. Everyone will treat you with courtesy and kindness. I want to thank everybody for making my stay be such a great experience. Thank you, Angelo, for helping me pick some great restaurants in the area. I have to thank also the Dominican excellent receptionist (the one with eyeglasses). Everybody really was wonderful. Thank Edna (the housekeeper) for doing such a great job. My son just loved the way she says hello in her Haitian accent. Thank you, James (the valet parking guy), for making sure my car was ready right away. James is known for his wonderful smile. The swimming pool staff also was very kind.

Eduardo, we appreciate the comments regarding your stay. It’s our pleasure knowing you loved our convenient location and the excellent service we provided. However, we are sorry our hotel did not meet all of your expectations. We agree there are areas of the hotel which are beginning to show their age. We have recently renovated some of the public areas and a number of guest rooms and will continue renovating and refreshing more rooms this year. We hope you'll make plans to stay with us again! Thank you, Guest Relations
