Ramada Miami Springs / Miami International Airport

2.5 out of 5.0

Our room was small and sat right on the road side with quite a bit of noise. The other window looked out on the top of the roof. The toilet squealed for a while after flushing which wasn't good during the night. The hallways had not been vacuumed in quite some time. No elevator so we lugged our suitcases up the flight of stairs. It was very close to the airport and had an hourly shuttle service, so that was good.

Room was good and comfy. Staff was ok to us but wasn't very helpful to another party who had booked and their reservation was cancelled. It was 9:30 pm and hotel would not honor their original price (wanted $100 more dollars)...they were going on cruise as well so their stay was short...why not provide customer service to these customers?? Have we lost what customer service is all about?? Breakfast was not good...eggs were grainy! McDonald's next door might be a better option!

We only stayed one night between our flight into Miami and departing on our cruise. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel offers a 24 hour shuttle that “leaves every hour on the hour” except we waited almost 1.5 hours before I called again to see where the shuttle was. The staff advised it would arrive in 10-15 minutes (ironically the amount of time it takes to get to the airport from the hotel). Meanwhile we had watched the shuttles from neighboring hotels go by 10 times. They put us on the second floor and there are no elevators. We both had large luggage and had to carry them up the outdoor stairs. No staff even offered to help even when we came back asking how we were supposed to get our luggage up to the room. The room was very large, comfortable and updated so at least we got a decent night sleep. I’m the morning the shuttle to the port that we had confirmed twice decided to just not be going because they “didn’t think there was going to be anyone going on the last trip”. We called an Uber and saved $9 on the ride anyways. Overall, not a great experience. The guy passed out in a chair by the pool was a good touch too!

The van was an hour wait. Phone number listed was not answering and another couple was on the curb had waited longer then me. We shared a cab. Lobby was fine and room smelled from disinfectant. Never again at this hotel.

I was expecting much but was surprised to find the motel clean with a staff ready to help. Bathroom small but OK for the basic needs and very clean. I also found the bed to be very comfortable. Great transportation to the cruise ships provided for $10.00 each.

Nice hotel close to beach, airport, and cruise ships. Very clean and affordable. Nice size rooms. Don't let the outside keep you away, it's very nice inside with a nice pool.

Very nice, good breakfast, nice pool. Very updated on inside.

Good for pvernight layovers maybe Close to MIA Cleanliness was acceptable except for the floor!! I didn’t have slippers ans naked feet wasnot good

Waited 2.5 hours for the airport shuttle to pick us up. Stayed in room 102 next to the stairs. Awful noise whenever people trudged up the stairs. Room doors closing were very loud much of night. A very poor nights sleep due to the noise. Room was nice and the employees were very nice also.

Todo de más bien lo recomiendo. Es un hotel muy bueno y con todo cerca.

The hotel itself was ok, the staff was helpful and pleasant. The area did not feel safe, we were warned against leaving anything in the car. The rooms do not seem to have any insulation as you can hear everything going on outside your room

The room itself was fine but the staff was unfriendly and impatient. We were told that we would be charged $8 for the safe in the room which we said that we did not want. they charged us anyway.

2 overnight stays a week apart. The hotel is very close to the airport and the Port Of Miami which is where I went for my cruise. The shuttle service is across from the reception desk. They were the best!. I would surely stay there and use the Shuttle service again.

Friendly staff, good restaurant....10 stars. Would def recommend to family and friends

The hotel is just ok. The reason we like to stay here is the bar/restaurant that is located within the hotel. Its a fun, local bar that has great food, friendly staff, and is reasonably priced. It's the main reason we'd stay here.

Overall stay was good. Would recommend hotel to friends and family.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great and the airport shuttle was on time.

I had a very good experience. Staff polite and helpful.

Good breakfast....friendly staff...good shuttle...wish it had gone 2 times an hour instead of 1
