Hotel ok but no elevator, and 3 flights of stairs make it a little tough to carry large bags

Loud, unfriendly check-in and was charged $8 for reasons unbeknownst to me

This hotel was adequate for an overnight stay due to a long international flight layover, but I have to believe that there were better hotels at similar prices near the Miami airport. The lobby was modern, but the room was incredibly small. Practically tripped over the bed when we opened the door. There was not enough room for both of us to put our toiletries in the bathroom at the same time. The carpet was very worn and dated. A king size bed that only had 3 standard size (not king size) pillows. The worst part was the large (1' approx.) cockroach-looking (not a palmetto) bug that scurried across the floor that we had to capture and kill. Ick! The room was quiet, but I kept my suitcase zipped because I was a little creeped out that the bug had some friends. The restaurant, however, was really good. We didn't ask for a different room because we were just so tired and had to get up at 4 am for our connecting flight.

We only stayed one night, they delivered all that was promised and did it with a smile. I would stay there again. Food at the bar and grill and the complimentary breakfast was very good. Hint: sign up for the shuttle to the Port of Miami early, it fills up fast.

Short but when back in Miami I will come back to this hotel.

Well managed hotel - but it’s age shows in the narrow staircase (no elevator). Bathroom is small. The place was clean, hot breakfast was good with nice breads

Julio did an awesome job. I called to check in Bc we were going to be late. When we arrive he had all of our paperwork ready to go so our check in was quick

Conveniently located near airport, but 20 minutes drive to Miami Beach. Friendly staff. Has complimentary breakfast buffet with sausages, eggs, potatoes, various breads, doughnuts, muffins, waffles, yogurt, coffee, juices. I am a non smoker but like the cleanliness of the smoking room better because there was no carpet, which helps with Miami's humidity. However, unable to access wifi in upper level of smoking room. We were able to access wifI in nonsmoking lower level room, but the room seems damp from the carpet and humidity and did not feel as clean. We also found hair on the comforters/ bed sheets so not sure how often they change it.

It’s conveniently close to the airport. It’s unattractive but functional.

Yummy restuarant connected. Clean room but door that lead to hallway didn't block out any noise. Heard every noise coming from hallway and was put on first floor close to restuarant/lobby. Airport shuttle biggest bonus for stay before flight.

Hotel was comfortable. Only stayed for one night. Room was a little tight for two beds.

The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

No complains. Comfortable and big room for a family. Good for the price.

I arrived to find that my reservation had been canceled because the credit card that I reserved the room with months earlier had expired on 1/18. I was not contacted. After some panic and phone calls, I was given a room at the same rate. My reservation was for two king beds and a pool view. I ended up in a tiny room with two double beds and a bathroom so small that you couldn't fully open the door. The pool was nice, so we spent most of our time there.

The decor of the hotel is actually very nice...European feel. The reasons why we did not rate the stay higher was we saw two roaches in our room, small ones but still roaches, the carpet was vacuum but is long over due for upgrade and the toilet was a running constantly. Positive notes were the hotel staff was vet friendly and the decor was very nice. I loved that London look!
