I don't usually write reviews but this hotel deserves it. The bathroom was disgusting. I placed tissue on the toilet because I refused to sit on it. There was an extension cord running across a mystery door(I'll get to that later) to power the alarm clock. I asked if they had water and I was directed to a water fountain or purchase bottled water from the vending machine(almost $3). Back to the mystery door...strange door that lead to God knows where in my room is not the most secure thing a guest would like to experience while in a city they are unfamiliar with. Lastly me and my wife waited for over 30mins longer than we were told for the shuttle from the airport and did not get checked in until almost 1am(delayed flight is mostly to blame for that). Save your money and your peace of mind and skip this hotel.

Too much money for the cheap hotel, very old furniture at front desk and room was smelling weird.

House keeping was horrible no bathing towels in the room no cups to drink out of. Internet signal was poor. No one answering when you call the operator

Staff and over hotel was fine but the tub was not properly cleaned upon the first night, the second day it was cleaned.

After arriving at MIA tired and enduring the ridiculous walking and train riding experience to the car rental agency, I picked up my rental car. I was given a little map and instructions to get to the hotel, which generally were ok to get to the general area of the hotel, where there was a Shell station as a landmark. From there it was a nightmare, getting me lost several times until I asked a man in the street if he could tell me how to get to the hotel. Fortunately, he was on his way to a Wells Fargo next to the hotel and I could follow him. I ended up lucky and exhausted!

Staff was so kind, quiet nite, good food and room service was real fast.

Dirty, dingy, noisy room. Hotel needs upgrade. Ceiling paint was peeling, mixmatched tiles on bathroom. Couldn't sleep next to a room that made LOUD noises.

Room smelled and front desk staff wasn't too friendly

They charge $25.00 per nigth foe security deposit, I didn't k n ow of has to pay Hidden fees. They do refund it back onto your card after check out and take 3 business days. No free breakfast. Upon arrival checking was at 3:00 pm but still b had to waite rooms where not ready. The front desk employees where very overwhelm and stress out due to the large crowd of people ready to check in at the same time. if check n in is at 3:00 pm why shold customer have to pay for full price for that room. Check out is at 11:00 am.. The condition of my room, room had alot or mold on the ceiling and the sprinkler system looked old and dirty. I put a don't disturb on my door but the maid still came in to clean the room.

Towels on the floor in the hallways, something leaking. Building is old, should be leveled & rebuilt. Room should have been aired out & freshened up, smelled musty, moldy, & damp. Even if they sprayed Lysol or disinfectant it would have helped. Chambermaids don't understand English.SHUTTLE service, forget about it we were finally going to take a cab, took them 2 hrs to pick us up. UNDERSTAFFED, we 8 of us called so often, after all the excuses, they stopped answering the phone. Asked for some kind of comp, they just ignored us.

Shuttle only happens once an hour. Always full, at least while we were there.

Traffic is bad getting to airport! Big mall across street that is nice. Staff are friendly. Hotel priced right!

This isn't the best we've ever stayed in but for the price we were very happy with the hotel. Everyone was helpful and friendly, the beds were comfortable and the transportation was reliable. We would stay again.

great experience always enjoy staying at Ramada Inn.

Dirty and very disappointing Ramada used to be a good franchise.

I was allowed into a room nearly half an hour before the check in time of 3:00 p.m. The hotel provides free transport to shopping areas and that I appreciate.

For the bad reviews I read to be honest the rooms wear clean and the beds really comfturble and really friendly staff.

front desk and concierge very friendly and helpful. Was there fro shopping. food in hotel was very good. missed the free transport to Walmart and Best Buy though. Housekeeping needs improvement. However I will return next year as I make this an annual event.

I stayed only for a couple of hours between my earlier flight that landed at 7 and my next flight at 6am. Internet was nice, but location was ok since its right next to the highway but shuttle device was great
