When i got there i had to pay for parking ... even though it says included. The hotel is divided into half. Half is owned by the hotel half is private . Its a mess if u book private ( didnt know...)The valet messed up the hood to my car and when i confronted him he obviously denied if. The damage will cost me about 250$.....

I didn't know when I reserved a private residence it meant that there would not be any housekeeping provided and they would require I throw out my trash before checking out. I did not save enough money for that to have been a condition. The carpet in the room and hallways was old and dirty. The cabinets had nice marble tops but the drawers were worn and chipped. The room had an overall dated look. The bathtub did not drain properly, when I called to let the front desk know they said I would have to wait there for a repair person! In addition, the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful.

The room wasn't ready. The hotel had no idea I was booked there, neither did the management company that manages the private room. Used towels and underwear on the floor. Too many phone calls to fix the situation. I will never stay at a private residence again. Even after cleaning, the room still wasn't clean; hair in the tub, dishes not put away, used towels hung up. I ended up doing laundry. Not my idea of a vacation.

Charming Coconal Grove area. Great personal and restaurant meals are divine.

wouldnt stay there again,

Thank you for your feedback. You can contact our offices to further research your claim. In regards to parking, it is in our listing that free parking is for the larger units and our full apartments, you booked a hotel single unit. We are very sorry your stay was disappointing and hope we can straighten out your incident .
