Well at first glance this property looked like it was going to he a good one. Then as we inspected the apartment we noticed holes in the wall, furniture broken, trash that wasn't cleaned from the last guests. Then we really went downhill. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with only 1 roll of tiolet paper. Trying to get a hold of the people who run this was like pulling teeth. Wouldnt answer my calls and were very unprofessional. We never got any extra towels and the towels we had were just body shower towels. No hand towels, no bath mats, no wash cloths, no kitchen towels. And the hotel (who doesnt run the property) told us we had to contact the people who do and when we finally got a hold of them, they told we were on our own. There were so many things that were listed on Orbitz that this property had that were clearly missing and never brought to us or that should have been in the room in the first place. And the property management just didn’t care.
