Don’t spend your money here everything is out dated I killed a roach in room 36 no heat sheets are dirty bathroom is old this place is not worth the money and I travel up and down Miami checking out rooms and this was by far the worst one now the Shalimar motel on 62nd and biscayne was a nice stay house keeping keeps the room nice you go out come back everything clean and fix beautiful bathrooms big marble type tiles bright white sheets chairs and tables outside so you can sit outside your door and enjoy a smoke if you shall and it’s cheaper then this trashy longe now breakfast is not all that at the shalimar but over all it was grand
I have to say I've never seen or been to a hotel with such bad staff , the front desk man an older man who barely speaks English told me to stop talking while I was trying to check in, that he would help me in a few minutes. the motel is run down , I checked into a non Smoking room which smelled like an ash tray the second I got in my room. I'm asthmatic , so I went to the front desk to speak to someone regarding changing my room. the front desk sent housekeeping to my room to confirm if it smelled like cigarettes which she said it didn't, then goes back to the front desk to tell the man that , so it made it seem like I was crazy or lying , which I then said to the front desk come smell the room yourself, as to he then confirmed it that I was in fact telling the truth. I contacted Paula the next day who is the Manager which to me she was very dismissive and extremely rude , she had no idea I spoke Spanish , as I told her for some reason my fridge in my room is leaking water , to which she again sends the same housekeeper from the day prior to my room to see if its true , I then walk with the housekeeping to the front desk which PAULA was there and starts speaking in Spanish in front of me with the housekeeping that it in fact the heater or a/c that leaks water but , proceeds to tell the housekeeper to act crazy and pretend the issue will be resolved, and that I'm annoying. I was in outer shock that the Manager was being rude to me in a different language which she thought i did not understand. OVERALL this place is run down its very Mickey Mouse made just deciveving with pictures , I will contact corporate, from what I've observed is that Management does what ever she wants there and is extremely rude to the point of making fun of paying customers, RUDE STAFF, the place will be better if it was run in a polite professional manner and not in a uneducated classless way by PAULA or some of the STAFF
As they say you pay for what you get. It was clean and friendly staff. Room was large with a noisy a/c unit which was needed. Bed was comfortable bathroom an experience!. But it was dated and on the main road into the city. Breakfast was also an experience, everything was disposable including the cutlery. No need for a dishwasher there. Overall it was OK and served it purposed but will not be back mainly due to location.
The place was horrible, the room wasn’t clean and it didn’t look at all like on the photos. We had to change one room as it was smelling of smoke and humidity. Quite disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.
I booked this online through Cheapoair. The reviews weren’t terrible so I thought, “Why not?” Well, we pulled up and to our dismay the motel looked very ill kept and in a scary part of town. I called Cheapoair but could not get a refund because I was within 24 hours of my check/in date. Believe me, the price is not that good and the pictures are very deceiving. Don’t waste your money!!
I really need some assistance. Please help me. I have made 7 calls about this issue. I canceled my reservation with the Knights inn Miami Bianco. I canceled within the allotted time. I had until 4pm on 2/3, I canceled 8:28am, which is within the allotted time. I have not received my deposit refund. Please refund my money.
I was extremely disappointment in this motel. I just want to point out that the pictures for this motel are very misleading and out of date. I arrived early for check-in so I waited in the lobby until a room was available. The front desk lady was understanding and got me checked in as soon as she could. I waited for about an hour an a half, which I had no issue doing because I had arrived early. It was very cold in the lobby I understand for Florida this is their winter but coming from Chicago around this time of the year you would have thought I would been used to it. I wasn't prepared to deal with how cold it was in this motel. Seems to me they didn't have the heating on because just in the lobby I was freezing for enough. After she checked me in she informed me where to go and gave me the card. I walked up the stairs and another guest walked passed going to the front desk. He asked the lady if she could give him the remote for the t.v. She had forgot to give it to him, as well as mine and since he brought it to her attention she stopped me in my steps. She told the guest if he could take my remote to me as well. I was in shock that she would ask another guest such request. I quickly walked towards the desk to grab it myself since I didn't think it was right to have that guest hand over the remote when she clearly had forgot. I grabbed the remote and went on my way toward my room. My room was located at the end of the motel and I had some trouble opening the door. The key card worked but the door was a bit jammed so I had to push hard to open it. Once I entered I was put off to how different the place was to the actual pictures. This is why I firmly believe this hotel is very misleading. The bed was small and basically on the floor. The sheets were not even cleaned up properly. Looks like they quickly just threw it together. It had wrinkles and the pillows were placed as though they were thrown on. The room was small and dark. On top of that it was freezing. There was no thermostat for heating, so I sat on the bed for a short period of time very cold. I walked to the bathroom which was okay, very small but at this point what could I expect. The tiles on the floor were broken with pieces missing. After about 15 minutes in the room I have had enough. I quickly book a room else where through Expedia. I left the room and went back to the front desk explaining my situation. I told the lady it was too cold and I didn't want to stay in the room here. I told her that this motel was very misleading and that I was very disappointed. I wanted to take my business elsewhere. She referred me to the manager in charge. Which I also explained my situation to. She wasn't at all helpful, not even offering me any other services she could possibly provide. I understood that couldn't get a refund due to the policy, but to not accommodate is very unprofessional for this establishment. For the money paid it wasn't worth it at all. I left the motel very upset and frustrated by the service I had just received. I would never recommended this place to anyone and would actually tell them to avoid it. I feel cheated out of my money. This wasn't the way I wanted to start my vacation. I came to relax and enjoy myself not to have to deal with unnecessary problems. Knight Inn Miami Bianco Motel was the worst travel experience I have ever had. I hope people do not give this place business, it doesn't deserve it.
This place is disgusting! Don’t trust the photos. I didn’t make it past the lobby, because it smelled so strongly of urine. It did not seem safe at all. I’m fighting for a refund on my cancellation, as the description and photos are completely misleading! It’s nothing but an expensive cheap motel. For the same price you can stay at spring hill suites and have a great experience.
Worse bed in my life!! Very old and dirty mattress, Very noise and not safe place, dirty and mold everywhere, the hotel photos are not the real ones, very rude personal and missing reservations no enough parking, for the same price you can get better place. Trash next door smells bad all places, hotel is going out of business soon license is expired; See my photos
Miami was busy due to the art event so we didnt have to many options but the wife choose this place due to the picture and price which was still over $100 dollars so it cant be all bad, it started well nice and friendly staff and we had a good old chit chat before going to our room on the second floor and from that point it was all down hill and "Yikes as per previous review, A/C unit was like having your car parked in your room and running all night, so loud you may as well sweet the night away then have a V8 parked in your bedroom, everything was so dirty no standards at all, bed sheets had dry blood stains. In the bathroom i was afraid to touch anything because it had not been cleaned and had human waste still around the toilet, shower curtain was dirty, no soap, floor dirty, blinds missing so if your a women who is showing the motel across the road can watch you, main blinds in the room missing as well. Basic items that don't cost much missing, extremely poor and lack of attention. Do guests have to bring there own blinds? Only positive the reception staff and TV channels. Housekeepers also look after breakfast so if the standards of the room are horrible then i hate to think the standards of breakfast and by the looks of it, everything comes pre made so you might be ok. Don't stay here fin somewhere else, noisy as well from the road, planes or your V8 AC unit.
