The apartment itself is spacious and well-appointed, featuring two bedrooms, a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, safe, and a TV in each room. The living room sofa can also be converted into an additional bed for extra guests. The master bedroom boasts a closet and a private bathroom with a bathtub, while the second bedroom has access to the second unit`s bathroom.

Step out onto the balcony and soak in the stunning sunset views over the Hollywood beaches. The entire apartment is available for your exclusive use, providing maximum privacy and comfort during your stay.

Please note that a daily resort amenity fee and daily parking fee are not included in the listed price. The resort amenity fee is $35 USD per condo per night, plus tax, and the parking fee is $40 per vehicle, per night, plus tax. This fee covers amenities such as wireless internet, local and toll-free calls, access to press reader app, beach chairs and towels, and full access to the fitness center.

Additionally, a refundable security deposit will be required upon check-in to cover any damages to the common areas or loss of provided items. This amount may vary depending on the length of your stay. The security deposit amount varies by unit and duration of stay (e.g. for stays of less than 15 days the deposit is equal to 3 nights, for stays of 15 days or longer, the deposit is equal to 7 nights).
The Association has full authority to deny entry to the pool or pool area for health, intoxication, misbehavior, or lack of respect for the rules and regulations. The pool and pool area will be closed in case of bad weather. No person may use the pool when it is officially closed.
Radios, speakers, or sound production equipment (except when using headphones) are not allowed in the pool or recreational areas. Running, skating, ball playing, or games are not allowed. Pool furniture should not be removed. If tanning oil is used, a beach towel must be used to cover pool furniture and the patio.
Everyone must shower before entering the pool.
Children under twelve (12) years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children.
Children must be four (4) years old and independent in the use of the bathroom to use the pool.
Pets are not allowed in the pool areas. Food and drinks may only be consumed in designated pool facility table areas. All trash must be placed in containers located throughout the pool and beach area.
Bicycles, skateboards, scooters of any kind are not allowed in the pool and beach areas.
No glass items, sharp objects in the pool and beach areas.
Floatation devices are only allowed in the pool for non-swimming children. An adult parent or guardian must accompany non-swimming children in the water at all times. Inflatable floats, air mattresses, and/or other flotation devices are not allowed in the pool.
Diving is not allowed in any pool area.
THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY. SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
People who leave their pool/beach lounge chairs unattended for more than thirty (30) minutes must yield their lounge chairs and chairs.
Fitness Center. The following rules apply to the use of the fitness center:
Proper workout attire is always required. The use of swimwear, robes, or any other non-athletic attire in any area of the Fitness Center is not allowed.
Smoking, eating, or drinking alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the Fitness Center.
Residents and guests using the Fitness Center do so at their own risk and may be required to sign liability release forms for their use of the facilities by the Association, its Manager, and the Hotel Operator.
All residents are entitled to participate in all fitness programs, subject to payment of any fee and availability of space that may exist at any given time.
Entry is not permitted for those under sixteen (16) years of age in the Fitness Center unless accompanied by an adult.
Pets are strictly prohibited in the Fitness Center.
Please return exercise equipment to its proper place at the end of your workout.
It is recommended that exercise equipment not be used without first consulting a physician. The Association, the Board of Directors, the Association Manager, the Hotel Operator, and their employees are not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from the use of the Fitness Center, nor are they responsible for losses arising from the use of the Fitness Center.
No Resident or Guest should use exercise equipment in a manner that restricts its use by other Residents/Guests during unreasonable time periods. The facility operator may impose limitations on the maximum duration of equipment use during peak hours.
