Incredibly Disappointing

This property was incredibly disappointing. From the check-in communication including typos, to the house itself. It was a flipped project, done sloppily, and not suitable for anyone who intends to use the kitchen. While the bathroom and bedrooms were functional and comfortable, the entire house had outlets that were falling out, faucets that were not tightened, appliances that did not work, and a range of other issues. When we showed up the first day, there were no pots, baking sheets, cutting knives, scissors, spatulas, tongs, or any of the basic tools to cook. We contacted the owner who was responsive on the first night, but as issues continued to pile up over the following days -- like outlets that fell out of the wall and garbage disposals installed incorrectly or faucets that were installed backwards -- the owner simply did not respond. If you are looking for a place to sleep in a neighborhood that is mildly grungy and shady, this is a good option for you. But if you have a family, intend to use the kitchen at all, or want to feel safe about leaving your car in the front parking area, I would avoid this house.
