We usually love staying at these brand of hotels, but this one is sad, just sad. It seemed under -staffed, the bathroom had some mold growing in it and the closest restaurant was located in the Embassy Suites next door. The delivery pizza was good but took a very long time. The best thing I can say is the staff were very helpful ( once I could talk too them) and Julio the shuttle bus driver was very very good A+++.

Older hotel, everything in the room just kind of felt damp- the carpets and the bedding... the shower was terrible it ran cold but would pulsate out really hot water out every few seconds. The hair dryer caught on fire when I plugged it in and turned it on. Lots of young loud spring breakers in the lobby. Terrible breakfast- all carbs, no protein. It's close to airport but hard for the GPS to locate it. Polite staff.

It is in lot behind two other hotels. Being updated. Our room was clean no towels so went to ask for some desk guy told us where they where we had to get them. Bed where nice. I got up to shower and no hot water told clerk he showed me a sign that boiler was being worked on. Not a good experience.

Nothing special about this spot it is a place to sleep but ask to stay away from elevator, it is loud all night. Staff was nice though.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was good as well. Nice choice of food to choose from.

Nice hotel Staff great Great for shuttle to airport

I showed up late, so maybe I got the worst room because there was nothing left. I don't know. I got the room closest to the lobby so heard a lot of chatter outside my door. The room was clean, but the bed was hard as a rock and the sheets were hard, not soft and comforting. I didn't expect Westin level softness, but this was uncomfortable. Had a hard time sleeping. The breakfast in the morning was very good though, so if you can get a better room than I had, I would recommend it for the price. Also, if you're just looking for a place to hang your head before heading off to a cruise the next day, it will do.

Room was gross. Had bugs crawling around. Smelled bad

Nice hotel with remodeled rooms. People at the front desk were very nice. The drivers of the shuttle should be fired they have no idea how to treat people. no education and no consideration to anyone in helping with luggage. The guy on my ride to the airport even yelled at me when I asked if he remembered the line I was traveling. It a nice hotel but I won't stay there again just because of the two shuttle drivers. There are many hotels close to the airport.

We were 2 weeks in Florida and spend time in 5 hotels. Other hotels were Marriotts and Best Westerns. We were happy in other hotels until the last night close to the airport La Quinta inn. The price was ca 170.00 euro per night. Room looked nice until my cild draw and some insect was running on the table. In the middle of the night I went to the bathroom and I saw around 7 cockroaches on the floor and and the wall! So after that I could not sleep, the bed and pillow was not comfortable as well. So I had to wake up early to kill the cockroaches otherwise my 6 years old child starts scream :) We are from north europa and we are really not used to live together with so exotic animals as cocroaches, sorry!

This hotel fills up because they have a free shuttle to the cruise ship docks. Not much else to recommend it. Hotel is bland, drab, beat up and rude staff.

Everything went well. There was nearby construction but the hotel was very nice for what we needed.

This Hotel is way overpriced. We used it to stay on our night before we were going on a cruise. The transportation / pick up was delayed for 50 minutes. The continental breakfast was very very limited, and the place was very crowded. It did not help that there was construction all around this hotel and it was super difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. It would have been good if the construction was mentioned before we booked.

Average hotel -- only stayed there for closeness to airport flights. Hall exit doors broken, easy access for criminals. Menus all over hallway floors showing open access to hotel.

The hotel was great for what were were doing, my family and i just got back from a cruise and we stayed there for two days and the location was great its in the center of everything, over great stay.

The hotel was good. There were options to order food. The continental breakfast was good in the morning. The free shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient.

Great location and very friendly staff. Free bus shuttle its a big plus.

Enjoyed our stay here briefly after arriving to Miami. No complaints what-so-ever.

less than basic airport hotel

hotel hard to find.

close to airport no frills

Nothing special about this spot it is a place to sleep but ask to stay away from elevator, it is loud all night. Staff was nice though.

nice staff, but hard bed
