Hotel good, nice & safe location, good staff. But the worse internet conection ever

It was a one night stay from our cruise trip. The rooms were clean and provided us with the comfort and relaxation we needed prior to returning back home. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff helped us out with providing one of the rooms prior to the actual check in time and that we appreciated since we arrived around 11:00 a.m.

Good location for jumping off point to Shark valley. Bad night sleep for all of 4 of us, 2 separate rooms, for same reason...air conditioners displayed "on" all the time. No way to turn off without unplugging and no way to see what you were setting.

Trash left on outdoor windowsills, deadbugs in bathroom fixture, uncomfy beds.

Young ladie at the front counter not very nice! Incredible but they look at you like they are doing you a favor letting you stay there! Very clean and the rooms are ok but the staff turn you off!

The hotel put me on the 3rd floor of the very last building after I told them I had arthritis and 2 small dogs. They were not willing to switch my room to the 1st floor. Also the room smelled like smoke so bad I couldn't sleep.

We just found our room like this!! And the staff did NOTHING! We did not have towels!

I had no problem with my stay however my room was cancelled and sold before I could check in. I was told when I arrived at the hotel that a voice message was left on my phone which I could not retrieve as a out of town guest so I was sent to another location which I had a little trouble finding. I would hope that on the particular day reservations made weeks in advance would not be cancelled just because you do not reach at a prescribed time. I was disadvantaged to accommadate someone who probably did not have reservations.

This is a really nice little hotel. Excellent staff, American breakfast is varied. The pool was very clean. They also have airport shuttle and it runs very efficiently. I would go back.

The room was updated everywhere except the tub/shower. The room was very nice and in a close location to the airport (10 min Uber/shuttle). The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Nice flat-screen tv. The shower was clean and fine.

Breakfast area too crowded need more tables and chairs Rooms good

Hotel very close to Miami Airport which is very convenient after a long overseas flight. Rooms clean and nicely furbished, only thing missing was a fridge. Breakfast offered in lobby of hotel. Breakfast selection could be better, but worst thing about breakfast is that there is not enough space for the amount of guest overall to sit and eat their breakfast. People are standing at lobby counter to at least have a bowl of cereals or simply give up (like us) and dont have breakfast at all.

Very nice rooms, helpful staff and got a ride to and from airport to pick up a lady family member coming alone from Europe. Would definitely stay at this motel again and recommend this family when the travel back and fort from Europe.

It was nice just far fr the beach but it was good stores where walk able distance

The lobby was a construction zone and my room had NO HOT WATER!! Pleasant surprise at 4am when I'm rushing to get to a job site. Cheap room? Sure. But now I know why..

terrible unsafe location, rooms need serious maintenance. AC smells like wet dog!!!

The hotel was okay though not as expected. The pool was hard to find. There was a delightful assortment of food at the little gas station store nearby which saved the day since I didn't have any transportation.

Place was good fir a few nights stay close to airport. It's practically in the center of Miami & easily accessible to a lot of areas.

it is very near the airport, confort and good hotel for the price

This hotel is conveniently located near to the international airport. Staff was extremely cordial and helpful and the shuttle service was quite reliable. I was also able to receive some online purchases there with no problem. This is a big plus for international travelers like myself who do not have a US address. They are also pet friendly.

adequate

close to the airport

This is a really nice little hotel. Excellent staff, American breakfast is varied. The pool was very clean. They also have airport shuttle and it runs very efficiently. I would go back.

quick weekend

The room was updated everywhere except the tub/shower. The room was very nice and in a close location to the airport (10 min Uber/shuttle). The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Nice flat-screen tv. The shower was clean and fine.
