I am disappointed that Internet credit card was charged $250 for smoking I don’t smoke
Staff was very Attentive, Was a very good stay, Looking forward to the next stay, I need help with the points system.
I was not given room keys. The front desk assistant said the machine was broken and had had to manually open the door for me each and every time I wanted in my room. Only one lamp worked in the room. Belongings and trash from the previous guest were still in the room making cleanliness questionable. Room smelt like marijuana. Air conditioner only kind of worked. No shuttle service even though I called before my flight and was assured that there WAS shuttle service. No breakfast even though when I called I was told that there WAS breakfast but that options were limited/modified due to Covid.
Room are smelly. Outdated and need major repair. Front desk are nice but can not solve everybody's complaint about room cleanliness, water supply, security.
I had six rooms. Out of the six, one had dirty sheets. Filled with cheesy Cheeto stains. When asked to bring new sheets, the staff bought sheets that were still unclean. The staff were told and said that my sister would have to report it to management in the morning. My sister and brother and law decided to just deal with it since we were only staying one night. When my sister went to close the curtains, a lizard jumped out at her. My brother and law hit it and then couldn’t find it. So they requested a new room. They were moved. The shuttle person was late coming to work. Shuttle service is supposed to start at 5am. We are only six minutes from the airport, but the shuttle driver arrived at 5:10AM. He was in no hurry to get started. The front desk staff didn’t even have keys so that we could at least load our tons of luggage while the shuttle driver took his time. I sent have my family in Ubers so that we wouldn’t miss our 6:50am flight. Then the driver dropped us off at arrivals instead of departures claiming it was closer to where we needed to be. We had to find our way around the airport and get to American. Don’t use shuttle service if you have an early flight.
I have stayed in plenty of Holiday Inn express properties and this has been the worst one. The whole hotel felt damp and the lingering smell of dampness was thru out the hotel. The room had a weird smell which made the experience not a good one. Probably will not book this hotel in future or even recommend it to anyone.
The rooms were really stinking. It was not a good experience staying there.
Very poor service with shuttle from the airport. It might work for one night stay.
The poorest $300 night room I’ve ever had. If it were a $100 night room I’d give it a 4 out of 10. Old and beat down looking. Also they have an airport shuttle that also gets a poor score. We had shuttles from 3 other Hilton’s that looked nice but this one was the last to show up. It took over an hour and the hotel is under 2 miles from airport and it was a smaller van Staff was fine as was the breakfast.
It was just ok. No other opinion to add about the hotel. Typically the accommodations at the Holiday Inns look better. My expectations were higher. Nothing wrong with the hotel.
The stay was good. I enjoyed the time I spent and the convenience of the hotel.
it's a relatively inexpensive airport near the hotel, good for a night's stay. The amenities were OK but the rooms smelled of some mildew and the A/C could almost keep up with the heat outside. Probably slightly overpriced but still worth it if you are only staying for a night.
Clean, and tidy. The staff was friendly, and helpful. Nothing negative to say.
Very satisfied services including shuttle from and to airport, check in, and room cleanliness.
