Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Miami Brickell Downtown

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Newly renovated, clean, comfortable, good proximity to shops and restaurants, convenient parking, good breakfast, nice pool bar. I've stayed here at least 20 times for work, and is a very good option, especially for the price.

I was delighted by the Hamptons Inn. I visited Miami for the Book Fair in November 2015, and decided to stay in downtown Brickell since it was close to MiamiDade College. I had never stayed at a Hamptons Inn before. The pros (1) the hotel was literally 1/2 block from the light rail system Brickell and the monorail stop. I took the train from the MIA airport to Brickell, could see the hotel from the train platform, and walked over (2) Friendly bilingual staff Main reception lobby on the 6th Floor (3) Free coffee/water 24/7 (4) Lobby has half a dozen computer monitors for boarding passes, internet, etc. (5) free breakfast had juices, waffle, eggs, meats, rolls, cereals, cheeses, etc., with tv monitors showing CNN in eating areas (6) airy comfortable lobby (7) Stores on first floor include a boe store, asian fusion restaurant, hero shop, bar. Several Latin inspired and other restaurants, 7Eleven and Publix supermarket within a block. Two blocks to other more expensive hotels (8) One of the greenest hotels I ever visited, with lots of recycling bins

Hotel was clean and close to restaurants and the port.

Very clean and comfortable. The room was extremely quiet. The free breakfast was huge and delicious. My children enjoyed the pool. Even the artwork was fun to look at. Plenty of computers for guest to use. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. I would recommend to anyone. I will stay again.

Like the title says, we had a terrific one night stay here. The location was nice, close to everything we needed but it was surrounded by other high rise buildings. the front desk staff was great, very helpful and friendly. We used the pool which was nice. Heated and didn't smell terribly chlorinated. The free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate was available 24 hours. We received 2 free drink passes for the bar. The hot breakfast was pretty good everything was tasty except for the cut fruit which tasted slightly rancid. The rest though was great. There was a wide selection including scrambled eggs, French toast, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereals, bagels, muffins, croissants, yogurt, with all the trimmings. Several different fruit juices also available. The room was nice. Clean, roomy, great bathroom with Neutrogena toiletries. A desk with 2 chairs, flat screen tv, plenty of outlets. The only thing was that there was no mini fridge in the room, which was just a standard king bed room. Not a huge deal for a one night stay but definitely something to keep in mind for longer stays. I would definitely come back here for short stays

convenient to metro train @ Brickell. Everything in this area is kind of expensive though (except the train ticket).

I flew into Miami and took the Metro Rail to the Brickell stop. From there it was a very short 1/2 block walk to the Hampton Inn. Check in was easy. My room (on the 14th floor) was comfortable and clean. I did not have a view of the water but it did look at my son's condo building. The buffet breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel. Great location, close to the metro line, shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

near many places and centralized in down town. recommend for business and local events.

The location is convenient, very clean. Close to some restaurants and Publix,

This hotel has a very good location at miami downtown. The breakfast is perfect, the room very clean and confortable. I really recommend this hotel.

Room price was right Room was clean Staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was nice.

Great Value for the money. The free breakfast was nice, convenient and very tasty. The employees were very accommodating.

This fit our need for a good, clean place to stay for a night. Not what we'd likely choose for a longer vacation in Miami--nothing wrong, just nothing too special. It's a good location and very solid/nice hotel.

clean and near bye everything downtown for nightlife and work

Excellent location, good breakfast (included), although they have several options for near by restaurants, the fact that they don´t have room service is not convenient. As per the hotel, it matches Hilton standards with very supportive staff. I will stay there again

This is our family's first travel to Miami and Hampton Inn is our first choice for its reasonable price and location. I am a little bit worried about my choice cause we have two boys and one is toddler. But when I got there, I was totally relieved. Anna at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Eveything at the hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. My room doesn't have a fridge but they provided me a portable cool storage which I need to stored my son's special soup. The swimming pool at the hotel is great and the water is warm. The whirlpool works well. The hotel location is very convenient to access free metromover to the bay and even the beach. Surroundings are numerous restaurants and bars that are the best in town I guess. Cause floods of luxurious cars go there and young guys hang out very late. I definitely choose Hampton again whereever we travel next time.

I booked for hte price and location. it was ok. I booked for hte price and location. it was ok

I spent three nights here and it is very nice! The environment is good, the room is clean. The parking fee is a little bit expensive...

This was truly a comfortable room. Really enjoyed staying there. Breakfast was fine--and staff there great, very overwhelmed at the front desk though--not enough staff and the elevator is slow. But parking is great and location good. Would definitely stay there again.n

very nice clean place. very knowledgable and helpful staff
