Liked that it was close to Fl turnpike. Food close. Good not great breakfast no bacon just eggs sausage etc much better than just continental. Toilet seat loose. Small ants on floor in bathroom. Friendly staff

There is no computer room. Staff helped me with boarding passes. But this hotel is needed of complete renovation. Not much hot water. Hallways falling apart.
The hotel is an OK value for money but still leaves a lot to be desired: 1. The carpeting in the outside corridor was partially torn off, supposedly for a repair and smelled moldy. 2. Internet connection is very unstable. But the staff was supportive overall.
Place looks old and rundown. Paper thin walls. Staff will knock on your door at 8:00 am asking you if you are checking out today. Ridiculous. Avoid this place.
The property was nice. Unfortunately seem understaffed which is everywhere you go as the garbage was overflowing often. Which may be more of a problem with people staying at the property that were too lazy to find proper places to put their trash. Everyone was very nice and a nice breakfast.

The property is located near the highway, and it was easy to easy to come in and out of the highway. The staff was very courteous and helped me whenever we asked them any toiletries or any other questions.

Good friendly staff, clean hotel overall. What I didn’t like is they have reduced down the room cleaning to every third day instead of everyday due to Covid . You have to request the cleaning if you want it. Also, the maintenance needs an overhaul. My bathroom sink and shower tubs were draining very slowly. The carpet in the room was dated and needed a nice cleanup. Overall, I would rate this Hampton Inn a step below other Hampton Inns I have stayed in the past.
The room had a terrible smell. Speaking with other guests, they said the same thing.
Hotel was nice and clean, staff was nice, property was well taken care of and the area is nice with plenty of food options and right next to turnpike. The room did seem a little stale with stuffy air conditioning, stiff beds, and very tight. But it is what we expected and paid for so overall we were pleased with this Hampton inn. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was always clean and stocked with towels so that was a plus! And the breakfast was always a pleasure with the staff
Our air conditioner didn't work properly. Staff at checkout didn't acknowledge me and seemed bothered to do their j9b.

Larry, thank you for sharing your experience with us. Our location has great food options, a movie theater and it's next to the turnpike which helps with your travels. The toilet and ants have been fixed. We do rotate our breakfast and have bacon some of the days. I hope you can come back to try it.
