Carpets and rooms are old and outdated, the property is not worth the money

First surprise for me was missing fridge in the room. In Florida having a fridge in the room is important. TV was not working, maintenance came in the evening, could not fix it and then they knocked the door next morning, ignoring "do not disturb" sign. One morning fire alarm got activated and, as I understood the explanation, it was a maintenance problem, not real problem. Again, I had to wake up earlier than I planned and was tired the whole day. It seemed that staff did not care about my complaints at all. The only thing I liked is the location: hotel is just 2 minute walk from the beach. For the same amount of money I could get the hotel with way better service

The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any issues. My only con is the Hotel is showing its age. The room was clean but fixtures could use some updating.

Nice location other then that they are a re ripoff for that price I paid you can get a better view and room at another hotel close by, I paid ocean view they gave me the 5 floor you don’t see the ocean all you see is the palm trees, and the room smell too much mold mix with air freshener smell gave us a head ache , they charge too much for parking, we end up Parkin 48.00 for a night only b cause we could take the car out once, stay away!!

Nice staff , good quality breakfast for fee , free pool towels available and inflatables for kids. Parking a bit high in the area. Must pay for beach chairs/umbrella to third party, market and cafe 2 blocks away, room clean and good toiletries, no refrigerator in room, noice a bit high at night from hotel next door at night on weekends , would come back for the area and beach

A/C in the room would not go lower than 71 degrees... In Miami that's pretty hot. Looked at three other rooms, same thing. You would think the hotel would be able to provide you and your family with courtesy fans to deal with such problem... I spent Fathers Day with my family in that mediocre place... Needs a lot of improvement when it comes to costumer service. I was also told there was no hotel manager on site at 12 AM... So nobody could help me.

I enjoyed my stay overall. The location is great, hotel is clean. The only down fall for me what that we didn’t have a mini refridge. Food is expensive and I ate at some great restaurants, and I had no place to keep my left overs and I ends up wasting them. Nor did I ever have a cold drink in my room bc the ice bucket was so small you could maybe fit one drink in it to chill.

I was astonished by the lack of friendliness and professional customer service at this hotel. If you are a SPG member, I’d suggest a hard pass to this motel. Front Desk Staff - Inconsistent room info related to rates, room upcharge, check in times, deposit amount. I wonder if they go through the same training?!? Valet - $38++ does not earn you the safety of your vehicle. My tire caps (all 4) were missing mysteriously after 2 days in their garage. Valet Staff - Not enough staff for the demand. Ganzolo laughed at my face when I complained about my tires. Restaurant Food/Dinner - Dinner on 13th was excellent. Alexis from Ukraine was covering both host stand and the half full dining room. He was excellent. Breakfast was a joke. Hostess is impolite and rude. Didnt greet us, just asked for a room number then didnt offer a la carte menu. We were pressured to get the buffet. No one pours water here and when I asked for it I was told ‘I have other tables. I cant be here all the time to serve you water’ .. Housekeeping - Perfect staff. They were friendly and the room was very clean. I had Martiott labeled sheets which was unusual. Room was city view so it was very noisy. Hotel Gym - After the thunderstorm, ceiling was leaking with electrical cabels hanging out. Hotel External - Needs a paint job asap. Various areas show wear and tear as well as rust. Pool - Very nice. Kept clean. Always a staff member available monitoring the grounds. Location- Right next Fountainbleau

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Super friendly and professinal staff, specially Beya and the Bartender, they were really nice! We also enjoyed the pool area. We want to come back!

Overall, this was a nice place to stay for a quick trip/one night. The pool area was so much smaller than the pictures. There were dead dragonflies in the light fixtures inside near the lobby which was gross to see. The rooms were nice, but no mini fridge. The access to the beach and boardwalk was amazing!

Good location. Heated pool. Hotel is located on the beach. Very disappointed with the service. We are not coming back.

pool was not clean, it looked cloudy. when it came to our rooms being cleaned, the cleaning person didn't show up to clean the room until late. What I dislike the most is when we first arrived to the hotel, we arrived early and they did not commidate on an early check in like some hotels.

Although I used Orbitz to reserve this hotel, I dealt with the reservation Mgr who was great. I really loved the setup and ambiance was nice and staff was helpful but there were some issues. My mom had a handicap room. The shower was very accessible but the bed was too high for my mom to go on. The staff helped with using a milk crate that helped her climb by she had t rely on us to go to bed also the toilet in this room was very low. She couldn't get up every time she used it. So again she had to rely on us to help her up. Also, even though her room was always cleaned very well and on time, they supplied insufficient towels. It was a pain. But the lobby, pool area and access t the beach was great! Staff was good too. BUT as for my room it was not good. It was nice and we had a nice big balcony but our room always smelled like wet dog. They tried to spray it but it didn't work. We realized the night before we left that it was the air conditioner which was not working well. It was always hot in our room too. Also they didn't clean our room one day and didn't give us sufficient towels. But I really did like the hotel and the staff did the t help us.

Very bad experience that made me look bad I Booked an ocean view and got a reg room that the AC doesn't work and it smells

Hotel very old. Pool old n dirty. Aircon in rooms sucks.

Heated pool was the best. Stuff was excellent. Great location. They need more refigarater in the hotel.

I was an terrible experience i will never go there I think you should take this hotel out of your lost. They are not doing whats requiered.....
