pool was not clean, it looked cloudy. when it came to our rooms being cleaned, the cleaning person didn't show up to clean the room until late. What I dislike the most is when we first arrived to the hotel, we arrived early and they did not commidate on an early check in like some hotels.

Although I used Orbitz to reserve this hotel, I dealt with the reservation Mgr who was great. I really loved the setup and ambiance was nice and staff was helpful but there were some issues. My mom had a handicap room. The shower was very accessible but the bed was too high for my mom to go on. The staff helped with using a milk crate that helped her climb by she had t rely on us to go to bed also the toilet in this room was very low. She couldn't get up every time she used it. So again she had to rely on us to help her up. Also, even though her room was always cleaned very well and on time, they supplied insufficient towels. It was a pain. But the lobby, pool area and access t the beach was great! Staff was good too. BUT as for my room it was not good. It was nice and we had a nice big balcony but our room always smelled like wet dog. They tried to spray it but it didn't work. We realized the night before we left that it was the air conditioner which was not working well. It was always hot in our room too. Also they didn't clean our room one day and didn't give us sufficient towels. But I really did like the hotel and the staff did the t help us.

Very bad experience that made me look bad I Booked an ocean view and got a reg room that the AC doesn't work and it smells

Hotel very old. Pool old n dirty. Aircon in rooms sucks.

Heated pool was the best. Stuff was excellent. Great location. They need more refigarater in the hotel.

I was an terrible experience i will never go there I think you should take this hotel out of your lost. They are not doing whats requiered.....

Unfriendly front desk people. Checked in early and said they will call for our room when it's ready. Waited for 4 hrs.

It is ironic that the hotel is called Four Points, emphasis in 4, while the hotel is only 3 stars. For a Sheraton, this hotel was disappointing. Had I known, i would have chosen a cheaper one with the same amenities. The location is great, right at the beach, however, beware if you want to go to beach, not the pool you will have to pay, as that beach strip has nothing to do with the hotel. Price $30 for umbrella and two chairs. I am perfectly aware that this is Miami Beach, thus the prices are automatically higher, however there should be more amenities included. The fridge we had to rent, and we decided against it altogether. Parking was valet, however pricing wasn't quoted. My husband and I decided to park on our own, as the parking structure is right across the street. We were not told of any other choices or offered anything. Upon leaving, we were told by the parking attendant that the hotel should have told us about stamping the ticket to get the discounted price. We only had breakfast inside the restaurant, and there was milk on the table for coffee and such, however the milk was sour. Switched it, and the other one curdled in my coffee. Can only imagine how long it was out since this was at 11am, and breakfast stared at least 2 hours prior. There should either use non dairy creamer, and/or refrigerated the milk. Cleaning staff did a very good job, no problem there at all. Be careful not to press the buy button on the tv remote, my husband pressed by mistake, and they weren't able to cancel it. I'm sure this has more to do with their provider. However, it's a ripoff when you show an On Demand movie for over $20. Overall, this was mediocre, and I wouldn't return. Certainly does not live up to the name.

I would stay here again. Friendly staff, comfy beds and right on the beach.

Though it's not a fine hotel, it is certainly more than adequate for a Miami Beach getaway. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Maria at the front desk. The hotel is front-center on the beach which was beautiful. My only concern was the air conditioning intake filter badly needed changed or cleaned.

We thought this would be amazing at over $400 per night. We were wrong. It needs a major reno to even come close to other hotels on Miami Beach. Far away from the action. View of AC units, not the ocean. Old fixtures in bathroom. Not the hotel we had hoped for. next time we will spend a few extra bucks and stay at Loews or Fountainbleu.

The lobby is the best part of the hotel. This was almost $500 per night. NOT worth it! We were supposed to have an oceanfront room...can't see the ocean past the a/c units and dirty balcony with no chairs. Cheap bathroom and outdated fixtures. Dark and dingy inside. Would NOT stay here again. Sheraton needs to dump about $50m in this place. Not worthy of a Miami Beach vacation. Will pay extra to stay at Loews next time.

Good Hotel, my room lacked a view. Nice pool and boardwalk area. Close to good dining.

i like the coffe and tea 24 hours

This is a consistent hotel. Clean rooms, good location, and fair price. South Beach is hit and miss on hotels, this is a safe place to stay where you know you will have Sheraton quality service.

- Were in Miami the day before departing on Cruise - Stay in Four Pts was not good. Hotel was old, the overall quality was not good for the price. Could simply pay additional $15-20/night and get a higher star or the one-off boutique hotels in Miami Beach area. - Overall, look, feel and the quality of products within the room was below standard for the Sheraton banner (albeit a value offering). - Would not recommend this hotel to friend - [...]. This hotel comes up as 3 star and above, which definitely is not the case.AW Chicago

The hotel public areas nice, however rooms shabby with old furniture and badly stained carpet. Air temp in room was not functioning properly and cold all the time or no air at all. No smoking not only inside hotel but no where on the grounds including pool area. Wish we would have know this would have stayed two or three doors down where service was better and hotel more accommadating. Parking cost should be listed as it is $26.75/day with tax and was not disclosed when reservations where made. Automatic 15% tip added on all bills so check before you double tip.

It's a good hotel if you just need a place to stay. The hotel was fair, although service was VERY slow. For example, I needed a light bulb to be changed and it took them over 3 hours (after 3 calls to housekeeping/maintenance) for someone to finally come to my room and change the light bulb. The location was great for me since it was very close to a conference I was attending. There's a boardwalk at the back of the hotel that stretches for miles. It's great for walks/run.

breakfast is not included they charging for sun chairs and sun bed:D.hotel stuff so nice friendly especially front desk stuff so friendly..by the way there is a guy working in breakfast service his name is [...] from Yugoslavia.he is one of the funniest server that i met so far in my life.thnks for everything l will go back vocation again as soon as possible..

We were greeted and serviced immediately. Although we arrived early the bell staff stored our luggage while we went to have lunch on South Beach. The hot tub in the corner under the palm trees was a genuis idea. It proved to be a very romantic touch as the sun set and the dim lights came on. All in all a wonderful stay.
