fair, plesant decent enviroment needs to have some upgrades

Clean and affordable, breakfast is con moleré and fir the $$ that you are paying , its excellent. Fast check in and it's conveniently located close to the airport .

First . . . the airport shuttle drove right past me at the terminal. I jumped up and down and waved, etc. . . . but he drove right by. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for the next lap (in total, waited an hour). Had an early flight back out of Miami the next morning, so I think I was at the hotel for a total of 6 hours. My hope was that it would've been an easy, relaxing stay. I was wrong. There was a long line at the front desk . . . with only one person working. The lobby was dirty and smelly. Finally made it to the room . . . and it was super dingy. The mades left dirty cleaning clothes on the back of the toilet. I really did not want to climb into the bed. It was a very uncomfortable stay. Never again.

No answer at front desk. first room assigned had its door opened and pillows all over beds and papers at door 2nd room assigned was upstairs where they must've had a recent water issue cause three large floor fans where drying th carpet out.

If you're just going to need a night sleep then it is ok. Otherwise I would not stay for a full vacation. The hotel is pretty old. It needs to be upgraded. The staff was nice, the only thing when I went to check out the male had printed out my receipt charging my debit card when I was going to pay cash. It was like, "Here You are goodbye!" I had to wait several days till my money was reversed. They need to make it a habit to ask before charging someone's bank card. I am glad I had enough money where none of my checks bounced.

Hotel was okay, staff at front desk and the airport shuttle driver pretty rude though. Would not stay here again especially not for 80 dollars!

The hotel is very dirty, carpets are terrible, glasses dirty all over the hotel, I don't recommended.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Iron in the room was broken and when I called front desk I was told that I could get a replacement in the morning because the staff leaves at 4pm.

Unfriendly staffs. Communication problem. Example: "where is the gym?" No English. ......,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,?

Staff was great, place was clean, nothing to offer in walking distance...good for a force connection.

Hotel was convenient and staff was pleasant. Shuttle driver let me get on the wrong shuttle after asking him and drove me to the wrong hotel. Eventually got to where I was going.

Didn't get to check out the hotel. Just needed a bed . Did enjoy breakfast, not much of choice but good

I had pre booked the hotel and I wish if I hadn't. My first night there was horrible - people were screaming right outside by door the entire night, fighting about who the baby daddy is and the kid was probably 2 yrs old running in the hallway until 12pm. I called the front desk and they had the people go outside but I could hear them still. It was so ghetto and the blanket in the room had hair on it, the tub was dirty. I didn't stay another night and checked out first thing in the morning. I will never ever recommend anyone to stay there. They should've given me a full refund because I was too scared to leave the room at the time and couldn't even sleep.

I really liked the hotel for the amount of my stay. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Is come back!!

Really this hotel over pass my espectative. the room is very confortable. the location is perfect for someone has rental car. is a 100mts entrance 826 and 836 speed way

Everything was perfect at this inexpensive property only 5 minutes from MIA-- quick pickup, very comfortable beds in a clean, quiet room, good washer/dryer in hallway, generous breakfast.

My family arrived few hours early to get checked in, and it has never been an issue in any other hotels I have been, but Days Inn charged us for about $50 extra. Also they charged for our parking, which is very unheard of. The hotel is right next to a highway and the pool was not working.

The attention was great and the room was clean. Te pool it is great too. its easy to go to the mall and airport.

Wanted a place to crash for a night and planning to leave early in the morning the next day. Couldn't sleep the whole night as the bed was uncomfortable. The pillows has waterproof covers as if it was a protective sheet for a babies bed to protect the bed from bed wetting- same material.

We can assure you that the complimentary shuttle service did not intend to miss you and we apologize for that. As to the lobby, it is always maintained fresh and clean multiple times daily. Our housekeeping staff does an excellent job and we did not get any issue with your room and if we did we have housekeepers on staff for 18 hours per day so had we known of any issue we would have immediately rectified it. We understand that you are upset with us but would ask that you reconsider and give us another chance to win back your loyalty. The items you list are not indicative of our typical service. dirty, old
