I don’t usually post reviews because my stays a generally pleasant, but this was an overall negative experience. I would never stay here again or recommend someone go. Car valet - impossibly long lines, sometimes 20 mins wait in/out in October off seasonConcierge - rude, long lines/slow, focus only on ensuring you follow process for gym access. Unit - bubbled floors, NO hot water, old and cracked walls, only pots no pansPool - no umbrellaClientele - folks walking around with ankle monitors…Host - responsive at first, but when we messaged about no hot water, zero responseI would recommend banning this building/unit from VRBO as it is not representative of the standard we typically experience.
