Our experience at Faena was amazing! Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever been in. From the moment you arrive, the attention and service is first class. The entire staff goes out of their way to give you a first class experience. Rooms are fantastic, comfortable elegant and well designed. Restaurants are otherworldly, pool and beach areas are top notch. Would definitely recommend and look for an excuse to return.
Very friendly staff, upscale accommodations, cleanliness, and presentation. Loved the private beach and spa. I would highly recommend this hotel.
High price but delivered high end experience. Excellent service. Live music and good bar options. Bathroom a bit small for the price. Excellent design.

Maimi Beach is a crowd. But Faena is a more high quality experience. A little over priced, but relative to other hotels in the area, a favorite of mine

Its a gorgeous hotel & service was impressive especially at the restaurant. Only reason I gave a 4 was due to the beach set up too slow & calling front desk trying to get someone was annoying
Lovely physical appearance but the staff is NOY UO ON DETAILS; the client has to request and give instructions to make things happen. I was expecting a much, MUCH better experience with all the fame and the PRICE!! There were hotels nearby with much better service !! I doubt I’ll ever stay at the Faena again!

A fabulous hotel, beautifully designed. We stayed 4 nights. Housekeeping was inconsistent so was a weak point for a hotel in this price range. Otherwise we really loved it.
Very bad rooms for money what I paid 1300 dollars per night .Not clean ,not organized need very bad renovations.Never take room 911 .Cleants deserves better respect.
At check in i was promised offered (w/o asking) an upgrade and turned up to be a downgrade Bedsheets had holes in it, staff althought courteous, appeared to be clueless or unable to follow up on requested orders, same in the restaurant in which the food - quality and presentation - were not to the level of the price and fanfare of the advertizing. Acceptable but not delivered to the 5 stars rating
