We paid for a nicer room with balcony and ocean view. Was told they didn't have that room, put us in a dirty room. Then switched to yet another room. Told us we would get into the room we paid for. But they never did. So terrible to have been put in a dirty room in the era of COVID. Also to pay for something and never get it. Awful experience.

Pretty good spot to stay in

The Carillon Resort is so beautiful and relaxing. The staff is friendly, and helpful. The Market had delicious juices, smoothies, and coffee. The wellness facilities were state of the art. The gym had great equipment, and a climbing wall. We enjoyed a luxurious couples massage at the spa. The rooftop pool was very relaxing and clean. The entire resort was very clean and the cleaning staff were very accommodating.

We booked an ocean view and got a very partial ocean view,,, considering the price we paid it was not acceptable. The manager said thats the “orbitz room”. Also, the power went out on check in and we had to wait until they could get a computer up and running. Power went out a couple of times during our stay. They ran out of beach umbrellas twice during our stay. Apologies were not good enough when we were baking in the hot sun. We also got a room with a kitchenette,, but there were no pots or pans to cook anything in. And the combo W/D washed the clothes but did not dry and we had to take home wet clothing in our suitcase. All in all, not worth the exorbitant money we paid.

Everything Overpriced for nothing I would never stay there again for $440 per night

The hotel was nice but am very disappointed that they did not disclose that the beach was an absolute mess. Seaweed and algae all over the beach and in the water. We were there for 7 days and only got to the beach a few times. It was so bad you were swimming I seaweed. Very uncomfortable. Further parking is $40 a day and hotel fees are $35 a day. The hotel itself was pretty clean. If you want a balcony make sure you ask for it it doesn’t come standard.

Nicest staff in the world!! 4 fantastic large pools with ample seating and hot tubs. Amazing spa!

Lovely hotel, staff is friendly and warm and helpful, and great variety of exercise classes!

Closer to Beach nice location nice rooms and pool staff are very accommodating

I did not care for all of the hidden fees especially the hotel parking for $40.00 per day and a resort fee which I thought it was included in my total price of my vacation package. I will not book thru Orbitz in the future.

everything was nice except the front desk. not friendly. no greeting

Dated property, dated experience. Masquerading as a Five star but does not hit the mark and is not worth the expensive price tag. Feels like Canyon Ranch in the 90’s....in need of a facelift. Lovely restaurant staff but very cold and uninviting decor, not even a palm tree on the outside terrace, just a few scattered Old tables and chairs, no greenery, no ambience. Dated hotel gift shop, with a let’s toss a juice bar next to the sunscreen concept...there is no place to sit and relax and enjoy the property other than the basic beach. Just an uninviting environment with a bunch of eliptical machines and lounge chairs lined up in rows. Additionally the Front desk staff is a collection of untrained employees with a bit of an attitude. Disappointed, will not return. Thinking it’s mainly a residential building thst makes a bit of money by tossing in some hotel rooms...not a true spa experience.

We were very pleased. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Staff very nice. Convenient to have Starbucks and Publix across the street. Nice spa. Minor detail, some issues with and outlet in the kitchen and fridge door not secure but our bad for not mentioning it to the concierge. Would recommend highly for a nice relaxing vacation.

This property lets people in your room without permission and that’s unexplainable. They have terrible staff and does not respect privacy.
