quite and well located. friendly staff. I will highly recommend the hotel
MY opinion is based on years of staying in close proximity to the Zona Rosa over the past 15 years in comfortable clean but economic hotels. Mision Express did not let me down on one single count . And now with the enormous 222 mall just down the street I couldnt have asked for better. I am, like so many of you, a traveler who sleeps and showers in my hotel. I am not scared if I see a bug on the sidewalk when I walk toward the hotel and feel no need to report it to others. I am also a former 5 star boutique hotel owne, both in the US and Mexico, who likes to get to the bottom of things when I rate a hotel. There are always room for improvements, but we are not rating a luxury hotel here. The room was extremely clean, the sheets of good quality and fresh smelling. The room was ove-rsized and had no noise, nor lights coming in from the street. It seemed a safe area to walk through at night, although the streets tend to be darker than those in the US. But there seemed to be plenty of people working and walking and I was never alone. The 222 shopping mall is extremely nice with PF Changs and many other dining choices, just blocks away. The staff was so friendly, English speaking and even invited me to join the breakfast buffet since I had run out of time before going to the airport. I liked this so much that I actually booked it on my return from Acapulco to be closer to the airport.
very good experience specially if you need to work in that area. I enjoy the experience
Really good hotel, good service, comfortable room, good wifi good breakfast good location
Confortable and good service, good food the internet was fast good location
the bellboys helpful, the machines in the "gym" need work, buffet breakfast for US$8, good tour to Teotihuacan and Guadalupe, 5 minutes to Metrobus, 10 minutes to Meto, 10 minutes to supermarket.
Excelente ubicacion del hotel, los empleados son muy nice.todo limpio y en orden.
nothing as usual.
This hotel is on the peripherals of the Zona Rosa in a quiet area of the town. This is good and bad because at least you can sleep peacefully at night, but the streets are poorly lit and maintained and can be a little intimidating for some. Though my reservation had not been received by the Hotel some 24 hours after confirmation ( some Australian guys had similar issues) they were prepared to accept my confirmation email as proof, whilst being friendly and courteous at all times. Not sure where the failure happened or if it had been resolved before my departure.
Very helpful staff, fluent in English. The maid service was A+ also. Unique room , perfect location & pride was fair. I do not think they were fully booked either.... a hidden treasure ¿¿¿¿¿
Good rate. Would have been nice to have breakfast included.
very bad bellboy service, bad room, bad food, bad security personell. they did something to our car, thay mandatory requested our carkeys to be left at the doormans, they must have kept the radio on non stop, so the killed the car battery. the front desk clerk is the only good part of the hotel. the surroundings are nice on the day time, but at night seems pretty scary to wonder around. bad hotel i would not recommend it to no one. reasonable price for money paid, since it was one of the cheapest in the area. sorry to write such a bad review but it is really bad. there is a little diner on the right corner where you can taste the bes croissant and cheese in the city.
