Wonderful staff, very helpful. Specially Antonio who help me in with the information I needed all the time The suites are big and confortable. The neighborhood is centric and close to La Reforma and other historic places. I yhink the breakfast time should start earlier. Tours normally leave at 8 am, and they open the restaurant at 7 am on week days and 8 am on weekends. I miss all my breakfast while I was there. Also the restauran and bar t closes at 6 pm.no much time to enjoy it. Overall great place to stay.

Very nice place, delivers the promise but they charged for the water bottles in the room. Not a big deal but I was disappointed by that. I would recommend the place because i loved the balcony.

The suites they have a good size like apartments . But need some update like restrooms need to be update the toilet seat they look nasty even when they cleaning every day its jus because they are really old .

Nice front desk staff, did not attend to a broken safe in five days, they never replaced it. Overall nice experience great location.

Awesome place to stay. Excellent customer service, great staff, food very good and walking distance to Paseo de La Reforma.

Excellent area, w huge suite. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was a nice variety. Close to the Insurgentes metro stop

The suite itself was large & very unique. We wished we had booked to stay longer! Great location to explore Mexico City, & extremely friendly & helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, lots of storage. We were there 10 days with teen age son. The tread mills and machines in the gym was not functioning most of the time. When my husband complained to the desk, someone fiddled with the wires and got one tread mill to work temporarily. As soon as someone tries to use a second machine, everything stops again. The breakfast was good: fresh fruit, and juice and choice of mexican and american breakfast.

The architecture does not lie. This 1965 hotel is dated, yes, but in a very tasteful way. The suite was almost as big as my 3.5 bedroom in the US (older building, smaller rooms) Fine galley kitchen, Fritz Lang's "Metropolis" balcony view. The staff was wonderful, particularly accommodating during the (unavoidable) noise of the world cup. Why people watch sports is beyond my comprehension. Adequate gym, better than most small hotels. Wicked elliptical machine. The breakfast and the staff were excellent. I am sure i will return to this wonderful, like at home, hotel.

If you want a spacious apartment like room, this is the place for you. I stayed here 10 days and enjoyed the hotel and location. The free breakfast is excellent. The hotel staff is excellent, though lacking in speaking English. It's their country, so I don't expect them to be fluent in my language. Very affordable hotel for the location and quality.

Breakfast was good. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The suite was huge. The balcony was really nice and allowed us a place to sit and watch the activity parade by.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to english "only" speaking persons. This hotel offered only ONE (FLUENT) english Speaking person at the front desk and only ONE (FLUENT) english person in the Restaurant. This hotel has a guest visitors policy that I believe, is for the BENIFIT of the Hotel Management instead of being for the BENIFIT of the "PAYING" Hotel GUEST(S). This Hotel restricts the "Visitors" of "PAYING" Hotel Guest(s) to 9:00Pm. This hotel restricts bathe towel usage to 3 per day. In the bathroom, there were ANTS and very was low water pressure in the shower. I would NEVER recommend this HOTEL.

Perfect for a family who needs a lot of space Very noisy street Convenient neighborhood to Roma and Reforma Gym equipment old and not working
