Great location; between the Zócalo and Palacio de Bellas Artes. Nice hotel.

All the staff was great!! Always clean!!! Always attentive!! The only thing that my room needed was a mini fridge to put in bottles of water!!! Everything was great!!!

Good location if you want to visit the historical center. Good buffet breakfast, and nice service

This hotel does not have air conditioning in any rooms. It was unbearably hot in the room and we had to check out after the first night.

I will say this property is located in a central location close to Zocalo, Templo Mayor, many other museums and great restaurants. That being said....the service was not good. Upon arrival we did not get the room i had reserved. Instead we got a room with two small beds. The room had no AC, the beds were hard, and every morning around 5 a.m. we awoke to a barking dog. Which is actually funny because i had read in a previous review about the annoying barking dog. The worst part of this hotel is that repairs were being made during our stay and they were done from 8pm--5am. We could not sleep with all the hammers and construction going on. The service was also very subpar as we had to call serveral times to get an iron and towels. There are several hotels in this area but i will not be returning to Ritz. Disappointing stay with no sleep!

Great location in the historic center. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, No air conditioning, but opening the window and the fan worked okay.

nice hotel close to historical center. clean and comfort

Great hotel. Easy to find and within walking distance of everything.

I didn’t like the bathroom frosted glass door, no privacy and the bathroom fan/light was too loud when turned on.

Noisy room Room not so clean There's no street access to the hotel

Nice hotel with a restaurant and bar ! In a safe area with lots of security/ police around the area . Very busy street with no access to cars . Many restaurants to choose from and about 3 min walking distance from the Zocalo. Reasonable pricing for the size of the room and very clean . Only downfall was toilet wasn't working properly but I called and they sent someone up immediately to take a look . Would definitely return !

The hotel is on Francisco Madero, a pedestrian street and as it was Christmas week it was constantly jammed with people. Great lication 3 blocks from main square and all of the sights.

Mexico is a beautiful country, we really enjoyed its food, architectural beauty of the historic center and we had the joy of finding very friendly people

Friendly front desk staff, spoke English to help our American family get to the museums and sites we wanted to visit.

Construction in a building two doors down starts at about 9 pm and continues throughout the night until about 5 am with a lot of noise. To make things worse, people come out of the bars in the block screaming and singing all night long until about 4 am. Terrible. Could not sleep.

We book this hotel for only one night and we can't choose a better location to know mexico historical centre. The hotel is placed in a boulevard with lot of traditional restaurants and stores. I recommend this hotel to whom want to know the mexico city for a short time, not recommended if you rent a car.

Super friendly and helpful staff. If you like 30/40's bathroom fittings and a vintage feel to your stay then this is it! The only gripe is the breakfast, although a huge eat all you like affair, it was all meat with no veggie option. AND it wasn't included in the price of the room. Over all though I would recommend The Ritz.

492/5000 Dear guest, we feel that your stay was not as expected, however, it is worth mentioning that all our amenities and services offered are indicated on the page for which I reserve, on the other hand, the noise of staff working are from a building next door , which we have tried to mitigate, however, if they continue. We hope in your next visit to have these issues resolved and not cause you annoying during your stay, we continue at your orders, best regards!

Dear Guest, we appreciate your comments regarding your stay, as it is mentioned that we do not have A / C however, we provide tower fans that help a lot with this issue, on the other hand, we work on a medium-term plan for the collation of these in each of our rooms, it will be a pleasure for us to see you again in this establishment, we continue at your orders.

Without a doubt, the city is very busy, however, it is part of the culture that was lived with day in this venue, so we have adapted quite well by placing anti-noise windows, and remodeling our hotel with the latest trends, we hope to be able to tell you again with your visit, we follow your orders, Greetings!

Good day estimated, Since we are on a totally pedestrian avenue there is no "vehicular access" to the vicinity, however, there is no restriction that prevents reaching the hotel, being in this pedestrian avenue, our location tends to be one of the best since no more than 200 meters are many of the great attractions of the city, We follow your orders, greetings!
