Hotel shuttle service was inconvenient and unorganized. Hotel design and access was extremely inconvenient. Staff had melancholy attitude.
The best thing about this property is where it is located. Very close by you can have the best tacos, tamales, Huaraches,Tortas, atoles quesadillas y pambazos. It is not in the shopping area but it's close, you can walk. BBB

Only issue was I had to go through plaza doors to get to hotel. Other than that service was great. Since it was in the plaza, shopping g and food was close. Good there also 👍
The shuttle wasn't available at the airport. And when I phoned the hotel for help, no one answered. I had problems finding my room and needed to go back for help. The wifi didn't work. The VIP wine was tiny and cheap. Not impressed I had to pay for a taxi when it said the shuttle was included. Staff didn't speak English when I phoned from the room. Waited 45 minutes for help and then phoned back again.
