Pros : 1) Very clean and beautiful hotel! Big rooms, beautiful lobby and great place for breakfast. You should stay here. 2) Breakfast was amazing! Mexican style! We stayed in 2 hotels downtown Mexico and you have great choices by far. 3) Great location. You might need to walk a lot but it is feasible. Although we suggest you to take the subway. You also have a mall just in front! Very convenient. Cons : 1) Your employees are very bad. They aren't helpful. We needed to call a taxi and they made it very difficult. They are not happy by working there sincerely. Also very slow. As a suggestion, you may want them to ask to put some proper clothes.. Inappropriate in our opinion. Our experience would of been 10/10 if your employees would show respect and courtesy.
This hotel is clean and simple for an inexpensive stay close to the airport. It lacks personality but has all the basic amenities you would require. Regular shuttle to airport. Shuttle from airport to hotel was unavailable so beware. Also, breakfast starts at 630am so you may miss it if you have an early flight
Very bad and rude service. We had 2 rooms reserved for 2 people each and we got two single rooms with one bed. We called the reception and they said they couldn´t do anything about it and that was it. The breakfast is really bad, too many people and very little food and very few tables.
I've stayed at this hotel a handful of times. A big mall next door across the street and major routes for transportation if needed. Beds are a little hard, but everything else is comfortable. The breakfast is the real winner at this hotel. Always worth waking up for:)
In one week staying there I had to report every day the malfunction of the air conditioner, and that is worse the rooms don't have windows to open; one day we came to the room at 6:45 pm and the room was not ready, the last day the cleaner came at about 8 pm I don't recommend this hotel
This hotel has a really good location, there is a mall right accross the street, Several transportation points near, rooms are a little bit small, but is good enough for a couple of nights. Breakfast is good, good service. No complains about staff. good price for what you get.
Coming from the airport in a rental car couldn't be easier. Safe parking. Clean and good rooms. Modern furniture. Very good breakfast. Big shopping mall in front (where I finally saw a 4Dx subtitled movie) Next to the Buenavista metro entrance is 25 cents/ 5 pesos away from the whole city! On the downside not having a window can get a bit claustrophobic but then you get used to it. Careful at paying time because they tried to overcharge me 50$/1000 pesos ... but accepted the price on voucher I had printed out from booking.com
This hotel is modern looking and very clean. Perfect location if you are visiting Mexico City. Acrosss from a big mall and lots of ways of transportation near by. We stay one night and I was glad it was only one. No hot water at all and AC was more like a fan. Room was modern but small.
Had to stay here one night because the other hotel was full and hated it. The room was claustrophobic, smelly, hot and a noisy and dripping air conditioning. The bed was hard and I mean hard not firm. The breakfast is what you can expect from a hotel like this, so not ok. Normally express means fast, so in this case the name was correct, get out of there as fast as possible.
I'm sorry, but in 2015 a "business hotel" that does not have modern Internet speeds is a joke. I loved my room, until this morning when I had to switch onto my phone hotspot because the Internet connection is too slow to use. Very frustrating to me. I've said this before: today, Internet connectivity is about as important as light and water (esp if you're a business traveler). I can't stay in a hotel with inadequate wi-fi.
