It was a great location and very nice hotel. I would recommend it to all.

Nobody really speak English, but overall good location, close to Zocalo, nice breakfast.

Not god cuality of The staf, room ogly, wifi brokend, the facilities is not god

this hotel its in the dirty area the rooms are not so clean. The staff couldn't fond our reservation when we arrived. No good at all.

I got to the hotel and homeless people and selling people on the door. When I got to the room there was a bad smell in the room. I thought it was lack of flushing the toilet. I let the water run but it did not work. Left to eat and came back and smell was still there. When I went to go to bed and moved the the sheets I found different types of hair in the bed. Called the front desk, the attendant was kind and brought clean sheets and help me made the bed. Bye 4am I could not stand the unpleasant smell and told the front desk I was leaving. I was not offered a change of room or nothing. Left my phone for the manager to call and he did not call or communicated by email.

Down town, free parking an breakfast. Good Business Hotel

I was not happy with this hotel. First, while the area may be classified as being in the 'Historic' district, it is not near the Zocalo or other tourist places to visit. Second, the staff were not at all accommodating or professional. We arrived with two kids from the US at 1 pm and were told that the room would not be ready until 3. The hotel find not seem full at all and I got the sense this was just their policy. Also, they insisted that I needed a printed copy of my online reservation, although they received confirmation that it was booked and paid. I've never been asked for this. Lastly, the room had a dirty decorative bed over throw. The only positive feature of the hotel was that it had free parking, which we needed because we were doing day trips.

The room is great. Love the fact that it includes breakfast and wifi. The shower doesn't have the greatest water pressure but is nice. Staff was friendly. Would recommend it for business.

All the staff were great but a bit of a let down with the reception desk. Hotel is not accommodating to the disabled. There are no handicap accommodations, and they refused to provide (even for payment) a refrigerator for medication. Hotel included Free America Breakfast. First day we got to the restaurant and we're asked for our breakfast coupons but of course the reception says they never heard of such a thing. After expressing our disappointment with this and other issues, the famous coupons appeared. Breakfast was good and coffee great. The hotel referred us to a great tour company and that was wonderful. I think the you just have to get everything guarantee in writing before confirmation.

I been ther for 4 days, the facilites are fine, good rooms, clean, but... the staff... was very slow, not friendly, the waiter in the breackfast was really rude and lacy, he bring me the orange juice ater the breckfast!!!! and it was the first thing i order. In the desk every day i found people arguing with the staff with problems and the staff didn't solve the problems... the loctation is good, you can walk to the Zocalo and bellas artes palace...

Dirty location. Not for international travelers, staff had little or no language skills. Old bedding , hard beds food average

Arrived to Mexico City by bus at 5:30 AM following a 7 hour ride from the south with our 2 year old boy. We were still pretty groggy,in need of a nap & shower....the front desk person allowed us into our room early (6:30 AM)without hassle or extra charge. Hotel location was within a 20 minute walk of the zocalo, 5 minutes to the nearest metro station. Great complimentary breakfast: with juice, coffee, fresh yogurt & melon, eggs cooked to order and rolls. Excellent value for the cleanliness, location and room size.

I thought the hotel had good service, good location and very friendly staff

We traveled around Mexico City for three days and the people there were very helpful and got everything set up for us at a great price. We couldn't get into the fitness center though. Some of the best service from a Best Western and everything we needed was in English too!
