This hotel is in a great location; in the middle of all the ‘action’ of Nancy center. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The beds & pillows were comfortable. That being said, the rooms are tiny (I tripped over my suitcase twice), and our room smelled like vanilla and cigarettes—two smells that I cannot stand. Our room was actually in the stairwell and as such was quite noisy throughout the entire night. The shower stall was minuscule & in need of a renovation. The worst part, however, was that the bread and croissants at breakfast were quite stale. This is unacceptable especially in France. In a hotel in the center of town, surrounded by bakeries.

A nice relaxing time in this hotel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful .The breakfast with "le pain perdu" made by Rosa was a really good start to my day in Nancy. One thing which is good to know , is that there is a restaurant just next door the " Robe des champs" which is also a good address for a relaxing evening.

Location is good - walking distance to the old center. The reception staff was very accomodating. The lift is tiny. The room was nice but the lighting could have been better. It was OK as it was summer, but in winter I believe the room will be rather gloomy. The bed was comfortable and had a good size. The bathroom is light and clean, with bathtub. There were coffee / tea facilities as well. The glasses in the bathroom and the cups for coffee/tea however were all plastic... The walls are remarkable thin. We could here our neighbour through the wall - and also the baby screaming from the room opposite. We had windows towards the street, and if you plan to sleep in you'll probably be disturbed by the traffic. As we were to leave quite early it didn't bother us though. There is no parking at the hotel, but more important you can't drive up to it to unload either. There's a parking house about 150 meters away.

This is a fun little hotel not far from the train station and Palace Stanislas. We chose it for the location. Like most our hotels in Europe it is in a older building an so it lacks a few modern amenities. The biggest one was no a/c! It was nearly unbearable to sleep even with windows open and a fan. The shower was a bit of a challenge as well. A VERY HIGH step in and out of it. The lift is not very big either, we took stairs after taking luggage up to the room. The stairs are a spiral fashion and not totally level either; I fell as a result. The breakfast is small but beautiful! We also enjoyed the free candy bar and bottled water.

The staff was very welcoming and cheerful, the rooms were nicely furnished and clean. The bathroom could use an update, but I've heard they're planning on fixing that soon. Very convenient location in the city centre. We also really appreciated the free water bottles.

Comfortable, efficient room, excellent breakfast buffet, good location, friendly and helpful personnel. We especially appreciated the elevator and the option to have a gluten-free breakfast. It is not possible to drive on the street in front of the hotel to unload because it is a tram street; drive straight on to the first parking garage and walk back from there.

Unfortunately we stayed here during a heat wave and although there was a fan in our room it was too hot to sleep 83 degrees. The rooms are very small but they are clean. The staff was nice nice and breaksfast was include and good.

The room was rather small, but clean and with all neccesary amenities. Excellent location, near the city center and within a walk from the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast wth decent coffee; it was well enough for me, but probably not for ones that prefer more substantial morning meal ;)

Great location, very friendly and helpfull people, nice extra free services. For instance the umbrella's you can use if the weather isn't all sunshine. Clean room, slept very good. Everything you need is there plus some extra's.

The young team at the hotel did everything to make our 2 night stay enjoyable. The lady looking after the breakfast room was charming and set us up for a great start to the day. We walked to all the major sites and dined in the Ville Vieille which was off the stunning Place Stanislas. Hotel was a short walk from the railway station
