DO NOT stay at this property location. I’m originally from Fresno, Ca. I never thought there would be anywhere else worse than some of the conditions I’ve experienced Westside Fresno. I am not one to complain, I hated every day I was booked. Dealt with my decision & that I paid for everything already at a cheap rate. I got what I paid for!!! So, I am going to put this out to save anyone else from making the same mistake!

There was a functioning large fridge and freezer and a decent size TV in the room. The mattresses were OK. That was the good part. The bad part was that there were no toilet paper and just 2 small towels. I asked for toilet paper and towels and were told they would send it up - that never happened. The TV was on and there was no remote. They provided just a piece of soap, no shampoo, no paper cups or any other expendables. Nothing, not even a bible. Neither the microwave nor the 2 burners worked. This was very inexpensive, but you sure get what you pay for.

There wasn't anything to like. The room was an extended stay and none of the appliances worked and the door key didn't lock. The day staff was real polite but can tell they are trying there best with what they have to work with. Will never stay at this place ever again.

This was the worse place I’ve ever seen. I got to the hotel at 630pm and the manager said he had given my room away bc I didn’t pay ahead of my arrival. He didn’t offer any help finding another room and laughed about giving my room away. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They should not be in business.

This property was absolutely the worst and most disgusting room we've had yet. The whole property is being renovated, so construction on all staircases st

Run down rooms; dirty sheets, broken TV, hole punched in shower, dirty refrigerator, microwave front panel missing, dingy walls

I stayed one night. Cost was $58 per night. Not sure it was worth that. Pretty run down and VERY outdated !!

Staff was very nice and helpful. I liked that we were left alone and not bothered. Wasn't real big on having to step over junkies in the stairway though. Room was dirty but not as dirty as it looked, just really needs a paint job.

it was a last minute booking no other rooms available that were close to Superdome for Essence Festival now I know why they had rooms available at a low price compared to others but I will not stay here again nor recommend it

Everything was fine but our carpet was not cleaned prior to our stay.

We was there from Friday night to Sunday night and we didn’t get anyoen to change the tissue and take the towels.

Price is cheap , location good , staffs was bad. It hasn't cleaned daily

It was a ok hotel to stay just wish it was a little cleaner there was bags of chips under the bed trash under the bed and stains on the kitchen counter

I stayed one night. The hotel was extremely affordable and close to the airport. The room was clean and had a kitchenette. The area wasn't great and little industrial but I felt safe going to the store. The staff was great and very helpful. I would stay again if needed.

Check in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. The room left a lot to be desired. There was duct tape at the bottom of the door, instead of a door sweep. Both chairs had broken legs. There was MOLD all over the bathroom ceiling and rust in the shower. There was a broken acrylic finger nail on the floor. Makes ya wonder... We slept on top of the comforter and showered at a friends.

not the greatest. but could have been worse for the price
