The room for 4 is so large and new. The people at the desk was very nice. Is very easy to park the car and the best thing is that you only have to cross the street to take the trane to Venice (only 10 min by train!)

Safe deposit is on the floor of the closet which requires laying down on the floor to open and close the box. Poorly thought out! Makes it useless! The shower is in the bathtub with a narrow glass panel so water splashes all over the floor. Poorly designed … from the same country that gives us beautiful Ferrari cars and beautiful BRIONI clothing the design of the shower and placement of the safe are miserable!

Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Clean, quiet, spacious rooms. Unbeatable location directly across the street from the Mestre train station. Incredibly easy to get to Venice or Marco Polo. Have stayed here many times will continue to do so.

Excellent location just cross street to Venice Mestre train station, 5 minutes to Sta Lucia, comfortable and very nice room, walking distance to restaurants.
