Everything was on point except our room smelled bad. Beds were very comfortable. Room was large and spacious. We would stay there again.
Usually I don't take time to write a review, but this Holiday Inn was exceptional!!! The customer service was top notch. Luz at the front desk was super friendly, accommodating to my family and I and even okay'ed a verylate checkout since we got there so late the night before. We needed more towels and the housekeeping staff was very accommodating with that as well, which we truly appreciated!The breakfast was plentiful and very decent, they provide free cookies and the pool was a great size for the kids to swim in. It's not the most updated hotel, but it wasn't terrible either. It was quality for its price. For sure. We will be back!
Great place to stay! Room was comfy and clean, we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub as well! Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend this hotel! The ladies working the breakfast monitored it constantly and made sure there was plenty for all!
Freeway noise.., how can anyone sleep?
We were surprised when you walked into the bathroom you walked into the toilet. You had to maneuver around to be able to shut the bathroom door. I appreciated the fridge, channel list, shower and amazing pillows. The tv would go out while we were watching it.
The TV picture in out room kept going out. When the air came on it sounded like a construction site and there was a dripping sound.
The room wasn’t very clean, there was a small love seat that was filthy, and the windows needed to be replaced you could hear people talking outside and wind going through the windows
Was a little loud, but IH635 is literally 10 meters from the edge of the building.
Good quiet location, rooms and hotel are very clean, staff was very nice, hot breakfast was ok, I felt that the hotel was a little older but we’ll kept.. do wish the elevator was a little faster, other than that, good decent hotel and nice stay.. oh they do charge $50 deposit on cc or $100 cash but do get back at end of checkout.
The manager was very rude and I paid for two nights and they cancelled my whole reservation I had to contact customer service and pretty much missed out on my day in Dallas I didn’t get into my room until 1. I will never stay at a holiday inn
