The hotel was doing renovations that we were unaware of when we booked. The only entrance was a side door into a stair well. Office is in a guest room as is breakfast area. People were standing and sitting in hallway to eat or check-in/out. Our truck was broken into over night and there are no security cameras on the side where we were parked. Won't be back!!

the room was nice...comfortable bed...front desk staff were very friendly and helpful...the only downside was having to hear the interstate traffic all night...otherwise, it is an excellent place to stay...

Room was fairly small but adequate. Breakfast was not included with my room and the additional charge was $11. Did not eat. Staff was very accommodating and worked with us on a later checkout the second day.

It was a good experience but I stayed only the night, so I did not use the amenities. Breakfast was ok but nothing too special.

Well it was a on night stay to help out some friends. Motel was in an excellent location for HWY access and great restaurants with in walking distance for some. I really enjoy my stay. Paul

We found the room to be quite comfortable and sufficient for our needs. The evening staff was more cordial and helpful. This is not to say that the day staff was not so ,just that we found the evening staff to be very nice.

The whole experience was great - the facility is central to where I needed to be and easy access to the freeway system - the staff was great and very helpful and deals with all issues in a calming and friendly manner - ok I was there during the last ice storm and electric was out for a lot of areas and everyone was looking for a hotel room and the staff rose to the challenge and offered great customer service - I would stay there In a heart beat when I need to be in that area

We had been 2 days without electricity due to the winterstorm and this hotel saved us from sleeping in a cold weather or relative's home. The staff is very professional and the room amenities made it the perfect choice.

It was not a very good one and will probably choose to stay at another location on our upcoming trips to Mesquite. When we arrived the room was not ready. Eventually a room was prepared but was not the King size room we reserved from your site. We asked for another room and was told it would take 1 - 1.5 hours. We left our cell phone numbers, asking them to contact us when the room was ready. After more than 1.5 hour and not receiving a call we went back to the hotel. The staff member had gone for the day. No apologies just an "oh well attitude." We were also told that because we "already received a discount " that our breakfast was not free for those who paid $19.00 more than we paid. this was not mentioned a check in

Our experience began with the hotel staff giving us a room smaller than the one we'd already paid for. Fixing that was simple enough, but still an annoyance. The overall stay wasn't anything special. The room was as you'd expect of a hotel in this price range. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Contrary to what you may read[...] kids under 12 do not eat free. In a way, thats good. The breakfast they serve is a joke. The eggs tasted like plastic. The hashbrowns tasted like soggy, over-salted two day old fries. I didn't dare try the sausage.Fortunately they did offer items that were good. Bagels. And the juice. I wouldn't suggest eating anything else. I was charged $9 for myself and $4 for my son. A total rip off in my opinion. Would I stay there again? Only in a pinch. I wouldn't actively seek out a room there.

Staff, room and breakfast were excellent. They do not automatically include breakfast, especially with [...]rates, so check before assuming they offer one at the quoted rate.

Location was very convenient. You could get anywhere in just a few minutes and there were plenty of dining places very nearby. Hotel was clean and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was very friendly, really enjoyed the spa and the warm pool. The kids had a great time there just walk acrosss the yard and was @ Celebration Station and nice resturants to eat in walking distance.

The hotel was great.. there are some very good restaurants and a nice mall near by.. the hotel was alittle hard to get due to the freeways..but other than that is was very nice place to stay... i would stay there again

My husband and I were there for our 50th wedding anniversary. While there, we went to the Dallas Fair and to the Arboretum. And, of course, me being a shopper, we had to go to Sam Moon's. All three were close by and we had no problem getting to any of these places from the hotel. Good location.

I was passing through the area on my way to San Antonio and stopped for the night. The room was perfect.

We're working on my Mother's house and this hotel is very convenient to restaurants after we're through for the day.

Very nice hotel !!!! We will definitely be back !!!!

The courtyard by Marriott in Mesquite was a very nice property. We enjoyed out stay very much. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was well maintained. Our only problems were that the pillows were very thin, the air conditioner made too much noise.
