The only breakfast was a waffle maker. And there were prostitutes everywhere.
This property had potential as a repeat for me but staff and miscommunication forced me to lose not only the room but future revenue.
Roach infestation. Property is not as photographed. Unsafe neighborhood. Room was smokey. Stains on furniture. The lobby is the cleanest area of the hotel. Im not sure why this place is listed. It is unclean, health hazard, and deceptive. Do not stay here if you care about your overall well-being.
Went to go check in with an Orbitz reservation ready. The guy that worked the front desk was outside and was walking in thru the front door saw me walking up and closed/locked the door in front of me. I stood there and knocked while he sat at the front desk looking at me and ignored me for 5 minutes. Finally walked up and started yelling at me saying they are sold out can't I read and some profanities. I had a reservation they decided to overbook anyways and instead of being professional the guy at the front was rude on top of that. It was at night and was cold outside so I had to go find another hotel that was expensive due to the last minute booking.
Have some respect for yourself and don’t stay here. I should have known better looking at the price. Prostitutes roam the streets ALL DAY LONG. I’m Not making this up, 6 or 7 at a time just “walking” in the street. The lobby was nice but that’s about all. The room had paint chipping and was so old. So old that no matter how well it’s cleaned it still looks dirty. Hot water, does not exist and the tub does not drain. It’s the type of place that you don’t let your bare feet touch the ground and wear shoes in the shower. Carpet was stained and the room smelled weird. AC/heater unit was so loud I just turned it off. The toiled runs nonstop unless you know how to fix it. The breakfast…not a thing. They had a waffle machine but there was no silverware. You couldn’t get the waffle out unless you risked burning your figures to get it out. They had those jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches just sitting out. They had been out so long they were completely thawed,.. I am pretty sure those are supposed to be frozen and then you heat them in the microwave. Sounds like a good way food poisoning. No juice, coffee, or milk. THEN I went to check out and there was no one at the counter. There was a basket with a piece of paper that said “place keys here”. Um no, I waited until I saw a person and then she goes oh you’re good and then placed the key in the basket. Also, $100 incidental fee is ridiculous because there was nothing I the room even worth that much. The door from the parking slams super
The staff was rude. I pre-paid for a room with double beds because I was traveling with three other people. They gave my room away and said it was because I was not there at three in the afternoon to check in. They proceeded to say I will give you a king with a chair that pulls out to a bed. That would still put one person on the floor that was filthy and stained Beyond belief. There was mold in the shower and in the corner of the room on the floor. After complaining multiple times we finally got moved into a different room with a king size bed and a pull out couch( still not what I paid for). This one was better than the last. I would not suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.
I have stayed in many hotels, but never have I had to beg for towels, ice bucket liner, and coffee. Never have I stayed in a place for 5 nights with nobody cleaning the sink and floors and garbage. The blow dryer and room phone didn't work. "Breakfast" was packages of oatmeal and thawed Jimmy Dean bites to microwave. The halls were outdated and creepy. The only redeeming factor was comfortable beds with what seemed to be clean sheets. Though the beds never got made.

I liked that it was located near an IHOP, Waffle House and gas station.
The room wasn’t bad, however, it grossed me out to see pubic hairs on my supposedly clean towels. Service when I got there was okay but the next day I called the front desk to ask about housekeeping and the guy gave me attitude when I went to the front to get towels. I know he was fed up cause it was understaffed but still where are your customer service skills!? Anyways long story short for the three nights I spent there housekeeping never came once, the towels really grossed me out and the staff in the front desk really ruined my experience here. I will never book a room here again.
I booked the hotel through Orbitz and when i arrived i was told that there were no rooms available because the cleaning staff did not show up to clean the rooms.
When we came to check-in, we were told that the hotel had no clean rooms because cleaning people never came that day
Pictures on website definitely do not match. Very sketchy guests (playing loud music, smells of weed). The carpet in our room was gross. Didn’t want to walk around without shoes on. They kept it clean but it’s way past trying to clean. Also, doesn’t seem to be in the best part of town so be aware of that too.
