Its hard to list all the things wrong with this hotel: -Its under construction but they didn't mention that when I booked it -The pool is closed but they didn't give me a rebate because that part was missing -The exercise room was closed, and again I didn't get any rebate -The business center was closed, and there is no place to print your boarding pass or check e-mail -The breakfast room offered a very limited menu. No meat of any kind, no scrambled eggs, no ice water, no omelets etc -no supervision in the breakfast room so you had people coming in and using the waffle maker to make 10 or more breakfasts and just pack them away to take elsewhere -the hallways were loud and nobody from the staff came to tell guests that they should not be disturbing others -Someone kept propping open the rear entrance with a smoker stand and defeating the security system. Again nobody on the staff did anything about it The rooms are small and the closet was tiny and certainly did not have enough room for 2 people to hang their clothing. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Its definitely the worst La Quinta I have stayed in

Arrived late in the evening. The lobby was boarded up and inaccessible due to renovations in progress. There was a sign directing to "lobby" -- a hotel room. The breakfast room was temporarily in a conference room a great distance form the 'lobby' area. The offerings were limited and picked over. I ended up going elsewhere. My room was 'renovated' -- I think that means a new bedspread. The TV remote was encrusted with something. I used a tissue over it to press buttons. The head board had some interesting matter on it...I am hopeful that it was boogers but, I suspect that it may have been another bodily fluid. I was too tired to contact the 'front desk'. I reported this the following morning and it was addressed. Although the location was convenient to my purpose for choosing this property, I would never do this again or, any other property in this chain based upon my experience. Pool was closed.

Wet carpet next to air conditioning unit. Highway noise. Too bright at night from hallway light. Breakfast not great.

Currently going through renovations and we stayed in a renovated room. It was excellent. The staff was very cordial and competent. Excellent location for hi-way access and shopping. Included breakfast left a little bit to be desired.

Checked in was given handicapped accessible room not what I wanted or needed very tiny cramped asked to change and was told by the woman at desk(rude and obnoxious) nothing else was clean etc it would be more money I walked away came back when she left spoke to male employee who did change room for us. He gets a 5 rating she gets -10 filed a complaint with LaQuinta.

This hotel is currently under renovation. This means that the amenities are hit and miss. While we were there, the vending machines were gone and the laundry was closed. We talked with 4 different staff members while there. 2 were nice. 2 were not. The part of the hotel that is finished is nice. The other part is awful. I would suggest somewhere else until the renovation is done.

I booked for 2 days but, due to a winter storm, only stayed for one. The facility reimbursed me even though I made my reservation through Orbitz. The facility has a well stocked fitness center and pool. The room was priced within my budget.

Perfect quick stay for my family. Restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast included. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasant employees, nice pool, very simple (not compliment) breakfast, comfortable room. Overpriced at $145. Should be $99-109.

The staff are very friendly. Room was great nice and clean. The room was very nice, we had a lot of room too move around.

When I hobbled in to the front desk, they took pity on me and gave me a room right near the lobby with handicap amenities. Although I didn't think I needed them, I was glad to have the large bathroom, the shower seat, etc. They even called me after awhile to see if I was happy with the room. Clean, comfortable and very pleasant staff. I would go back...

Quick stay to stay in andover area. Close to chateau

Nothing bad to say about our stay.Have to type more words to meet minimum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great room, pool and fitness center. Hot tub was not hot but otherwise very good

Breakfast was the usual, staff were courteous . Parking was sufficient and was close to high way.

Hotel was nice and comfortable we only stay the night.

Generally ok. Only complaints were: no clock radio in room, bed not particularly comfortable, limited TV stations. Also, pool was cloudy and hot tub not hot. Breakfast was good with a lot of options.

I give this hotel 4stars for staying one night. The location is convinient for me rest during the trip from Maine to New Jersey. It's clean . I'm satisfactied except the air conditioner is a little noisy while sleeping.

Great hotel-great pool, breakfast, room! It seems family friendly.

The hotel is very clean and offers great breakfast in the morning. My boyfriend and I booked one night but changed our mind and stayed for two nights. The staff allowed us to stay in the same room without any trouble.
