Hey I wanna to say that elevator is too old and just one for guests and employees. The mattress on the queen bed was horrible for my back, very soft. Breakfast, pool and other areas are excellent.
Great staff. Checking in was smooth, pool very relaxing after a long day on the road. Clean room, good breakfast. Only issue we had was smokers in no smoking areas. Had to walk through smoke to get through the front door.
The customer service was coarse and very unhelpful. They were not very accommodating when checking in or out they actually couldn't wait for us to check out they were calling the room right at 11:00am and said if we weren't out in 10 minutes they were going to start charging us. We didn't check into the room until 1:00AM we asked for another 30 minutes nothing crazy. The sheets felt dirty and it felt like I was sleeping on crumbs. So gross!
The reservation did not go through for some time. We had to wait in the lobby.
We had a nice stay
Nothing really unique about the hotel but check in was great and breakfast was pretty good.
Our room was fine but breakfast was ridiculous because of the lack of seating and the selection. For the price there should have been adequate seating. The layout of the hotel was very odd as well. For the price we paid it just didn't seem worth it.
Internet service don’t work on 3rd floor
The toilet had hairs and was dirty on the outside
The hotel was decently clean, but my bedspread had something weird on it which I didn’t realize until I was laying on it for an hour or so. It was brown so I’m just going to hope it was good from the previous people and nothing else. But also why wasn’t it clean? They did give me a new blanket asap but again, why wasn’t it clean to begin with? Also u was there three nights and all days and nights the water was orange. Didn’t feel comfortable showering as much as I normally would have, pool was closed because of water also. My trip was basically rained out so I spent the majority of my time in the hotel and when I got home I got covid so idk if it was from the hotel or what.
Lobby was pretty. Rooms were fine. Front desk staff was great.

My sister and I checked in, 2 nights, 2 rooms. We go to drop our things before dinner. In my room there is long hair on the toilet, I open the shower......the bottom of the shower literally looked like someone used it as a toilet and there is a clump of hair. I go to my sisters room, hair all through her shower too. We go back to front desk to ask to switch rooms or to have housekeeping come, we are told they are sold out- I can have another room- my sister cannot and they cannot guarantee it will be any better.....they actually said that! Also, at 6pm, no one was in the building from housekeeping. That night, kids use the pool, almost all pool chairs are ripped or damaged and hair everywhere there too....what is with the hair? In the hallway, we encounter a pregnant employee walking around barefoot...wish that were a joke. Next day, breakfast was good but super crowded, we return that evening....housekeeping never came to either room. We were only given 2 towels to begin with. Hallways were dirty during our stay. We were never asked about our stay at checkout, just you are all set. Management has a lot to work on here!
Everything thing was very nice and very cleaned. There were no loud talking in the hallway or people running. The staff was very nice. The only negative thing I have to say is the little soap they provided was just too small and the breakfast hours were just very weird from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Just bring your own body wash, shampoo conditioner and lotion .
There were only 2 on the bed. They said they didn’t have any. Part of the coffee maker was missing. Breakfast at 7:30am.. inconvenient. Far too late for visitors who need to get u and going. And there was nothing to grab and go except bananas and green apples.
