Professional, polite staff, always ready to help and provide service.

Liked the layout of the suites and the friendliness of the staff. Wish there was more counter space in the bathroom and please add scrambled eggs to the breakfast menu. This was our second long stay and we'll be back in the summer. Thanks

This hotel was a gem! We'll definitely be returning to it if we go through this area again. The room was wonderfully spacious with a full kitchen! We were delighted. It's a modern hotel with a great feel! I

The hotel website I went to from Orbitz said standard room amenities included coffee pot, microwave, sofa bed, etc. I booked the hotel because there was a sofa bed in the room. When we checked in there was no sofabed. First the registration person said there was one, then she called her manager on the phone and told us no room had sofabed. They gave us a cot at no charge. Even the website connected to the wi-fi login said rooms had sofabeds. We spoke with manager in person the next morning and were told that only king suites had sofabeds. We showed her the 2 hotel sites that stated all rooms had them and she just kept saying only king suites had sofabeds. We told her that all the sites should be consistent. She never offered an apology or any statement that they were in the wrong. Other than this issue, our stay was pleasant.

Many mistakes made upon check in. Breakfast staff was slow to respond to needs.

We were looking for a hotel to suit six people: my family of four, and my parents. The room I found at the town's place in was great. It was a two bedroom, one bath, living room and full kitchen. Much like a small apartment. One bedroom was a queen sized bed, the second bedroom was a king sized bed, the sofa was a pull out bed, and we were able to get a twin sized rollaway as well. There was more than enough room in the living room to accommodate the sofa pulled out and the rollaway made up. The bathroom had a separate room attached where the sink is, so someone could be taking a shower or using the bathroom at the same time someone else was brushing their teeth. The only negative was, one night we didn't get back to our room until around 10 p.m. We were pulling out the beds, taking showers and getting ready to sleep, when we got a call from the front desk saying they had gotten several complaints about us sounding like a herd of elephants. This tells me that there is not enough insulation between the walls or the floors if people are complaining we are too loud just doing regular activities. Overall, the hotel was lovely, the staff was very helpful, and I will stay there again if I need to go through Meridian

It was a very nice hotel with a few fast food places just across the parking lot. I didn't quite understand their cleaning schedule so our trashcans got pretty full by the time we left. Breakfast choices were very limited. Overall, good weekend trip.

Nice place. Staff was really friendly. Location worked well for out weekend plans.

Got to the hotel after a long day of traveling and was greeted by extremely friendly staff. Checked in quickly, room was clean and perfectly equipped for a much longer stay. You can stay fully self sufficient in these rooms. Perfect example of a good value hotel. Will Defiantly stay here again.

The hotel is newer and has some wonderful amenities. The staff are very helpful and the room are well maintained. They need to invest in higher quality beds. They were overly firm.

The stay was wonderful. We didn't exactly like the bathroom right by the bed. And we heard an alarm that went on for literaly hours close to our room. But other than that we have no complaints. Everyone was very friendly. Everything was clean. Had a good stay. Would come back to this hotel.

We were in town for a wedding and chose this hotel online because of the kitchen in the room. We had a SUPER delayed flight and didn't get to the hotel until 3am, but we had a friendly face to greet us and check us in even at the late hour. The room was fantastic! Plenty of room, and even had a dishwasher! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially that they were open until 11pm. Very nice, easy place to stay!

Good people and quiet rooms.

We went up over the Memorial Holiday to see our son at the Smokejumper base. The hotel met our every need. From the great early breakfast to the computer use for travel plans. We have stayed at the sister Towneplace Suites in Boise and was very pleased before. So we knew we wouldn't be the least bit disappointed at the Meridian Towneplace. The associates were extremely friendly and helpful. We won't stay anywhere else while traveling in Boise/Meridian Idaho.

[...]The hotel was nice and clean and the free breakfast was good. So, yes we will stay there again[...]

Great location and price. Clean and in good shape.

The short stay my wife and I had at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic. Being first timers to Boise, we were preparing for the worst but got only the best. Not only was the reception desk very friendly, but the hotel was very well kept and maintained. The location and its proximity to downtown Boise was definitely a PLUS AAA

We had everything weneeded and the staff was great.

Very nice place, new and modern, friendly people.
