This the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed at. We had a suite with a sofa sleeper and when we opened it there were items from someone else previous stay. At night the hall smelled like marijuana. The breakfast room was so small people were waiting out in the hall to get in. One waffle maker so the line was a wait of 18 minutes. the carpeting throughout the place was very dirty.

The cement plant next door began operations at 0530 with industrial drilling and hammering. the hotel could do nothing. in my opinion, the hotel misrepresents a place to sleep and took funds under false pretense. the inability to sleep beyond 0530 should have been disclosed.

This is our second time stay here and the staff is excellent! The continental breakfast is nice. The room was clean only issue was the big standing mirror had a corner missing just looks like it hadn't been replaced yet. I would recommend staying here to my friends its right across the street from the mall and next to McAllisters Deli. Other food choices extemely close as well.

We stayed in six hotels on our roadtrip this October. I was so impressed by Country Inn and Suites. It had the feel of a fancy hotel, at a totally reasonable price. Aesthetically pleasing, clean and inviting, and a great hot breakfast! My only disappointment was that one of the main reasons I had selected it was that it advertised a hot tub with the indoor pool. When I went to the pool area, it was still and cold, and there was a sign indicating they were no longer operating the hot tub. They need to take it off their description, then. Also, when I checked in late that evening, the night clerk obviously lacked training about Orbitz. Her confusion required me to call and talk with Orbitz to clear things up before we could check in. Hopefully, she was new.

Only there for the night but pool opened late so good for the kids to relax after long drive. Great breakfast, friendly staff.

I was passing through and simply needed an affordable, nice place to stay for a night. I found this hotel on orbitz and gave them a try. I must say, the hotel was nice, clean, and bed was comfortable. I have no complaints.

If you need a quiet dark room for sleep, don't stay here! There is no curtain over the climate control unit, just sheers! When I checked in I asked for a quiet room and was given a room at the end of the hall...I could hear someone walking around all night on the floor above me. I consider this hotel a waste of money because I needed sleep before another long day of driving, but I ended up leaving around 2 am

staff including receptionist, housekeeper and breakfast buffet helpers were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free coffee, tea, cookies and fruit available in the lobby. Room was very clean and housekeeping kept us supplied with all the towels and washcloths we needed. Only complaint was loud noises from the water pipes when we showered. There was also a wet spot on our ceiling when it rained. The water was turned off 3 times to repair water pipe leaks.

In town for a concert. The hotel staff was very familiar with nearby restaurants and great with directions. They seemed to enjoy their jobs and one another-- made the stay very pleasant. The rooms were clean, fresh and the a/c was cold!!

Hotel easy to find, nice staff, but room dingy, musty smelling, and linen broke us out in hives. Staff said it must be detergent the sheets were washed in. We would not stay there again.

WAS A NICE PLACE. DID NOT CARE FOR THE FRENCH TOAST.

The first room we were in had mode in the bathroom. After moving into another room thing were good.

great room; friendly staff; breakfast only gets a fair.

Great stay, only small problem is that the house hold staff did not do the best job, not cleaning the mirror in the bathroom, not leaving enough towels. But over all a great hotel. Also right across the street from the mall and good eating places.

#1 Our toilet was stuck, she just handed us a plunger and it worked funky the whole night #2 I asked not to be near the pool, we were right over it and up till 1230am with lots of noise, people partying at pool. #3 At 545am a beeping sound started, I had to call the desk and the guy came in with a drill and a flashlight, woke up my 5 children and had to take a panel off of the wall and reset the air. Then the beeping came back at 930am. There was enough room for my family of 7 (even two tv's) cici's was across the street, and lots of food and shopping nearby.

Nice place to stay. Large, clean rooms. Hotel looks new. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast options. Will stay there again

Average good location to all restaurants and stores in the area

The hotel was nice but the hall ways was a little smelly and the room had hair on the floor in the bathroom a used bar of soap on the sink dirty shower curtain and barely any tissue in the room and last the drain in the tub was very slow draining.

The rooms smelled like mildew. The chair in the room had stains from being wet and what looked like a stool stain. I was not happy with this room at all!

We had never stayed at a Country Inn and we were on a business meeting trip . We were treated warmly by the friendly staff and quickly had our room .We did not use the pool or exercise .The breakfast was average cereal, waffle ,egg affair . It is very convenient to shopping mall and food establishments .would probably stay there again .Very quiet .
