The Hotel was not bad after all. It had issues when it comes to room condition for the price per night. The room was a non smoking but it did not fell like so. I will look for other options next time I am in town.

I was in town visiting my Mother who is in nursing home. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. Always someone available if you had a need.

great staff, very friendly and extremely helpful..

Very friendly staff. It is in a very good location.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. A/C worked great. Easy access from the highway, and pretty decent free breakfast. I drive this route often, and we definitely consider staying again.

Enjoyed our stay. One thing it was very quiet and restful.

Sad occasion for us but the hotel provided a quiet comfortable place to rest. We traveled to Meridian for a funeral and had to obtain last minute reservations for 4 rooms. The hotel was completely full and that could have been a problem with rowdy neighbors but all was quiet. The beds are comfortable, the A/C worked well, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms decor is a little worn and could use remodeling.

Staff was nice and very friendly. Breakfast was a bit skimpy, however

I was in town for my cousin's wedding and booking a hotel room in Meridian is always infuriating. I think the rooms there are way overpriced, but unfortunately it's one those little towns that everyone stops for the night on their long drives. So I know I'll have to spend at least $60/night on a room there. The Jameson was alright for the price. It's in a safe part of town, it has free breakfast (that I never got to try because it ends too early for me), and the staff were nice. The room wasn't the cleanest, but it also wasn't the dirtiest I've stayed in. I would keep my socks on. Also the walls are really thin. Each morning I awoke around 7 to the sound of the thundering herds leaving in the morning, but that's something you get with every motel room.

Clean nice hotel. Friendly staff. Noisy neighborhood though - two trains, several police/fire vehicles with sirens in the night hours. breakfast was ok, but kinda skimpy. I felt safe in the hotel. Kleenex ran out after 3-4 sheets -- no refill in room. Amenities otherwise ok. Would stay again for hotel; noise maybe not so much. Noise not hotel related. Hotel room rub and ottoman kinda threadbare or nearing so.

Slow wireless internet connection in the room. Had to ask for coffee maker in room.

Was a bit confusing to find the motel in the rain and fog. Staff was nice at check in. TV worked well and had plenty of channels. Walking distance to nice restaurants. The towels were soft, but the amenities were below average. We weren't late to breakfast, but items were running low. We found what everyone needed and replenished the counter.

Good room. Clean. Beds good quality. Bedding good quality. Room quiet. Great location to resturants, shopping, interstate. Stayed here many times. Breakfast quality dropping. Attention to details like PAM for waffle maker, no fruit, no coffee cups to go.

we arrived at the hotel and went to room to relax in th a/c. which didnt work. when i complained to the front desk i was told that the room was hot because it was a hot day. after one scalding night i complained again and finally they replaced the unit. the staff was rude and tried to make excuses that the a/c didnt work cause it was hot outside. well i'm no idiot, and will never stay there again.

Heavy Rain, Bad weather, unable to get out to see (sights) if any... For a holiday week-end (Memorial day) it was a real bummer. went down for Breakfast, everything picked over, not replenished, and couters not cleaned... Good self-made waffle... no syrup, and no one around to get more syrup. Trash cans overflowing.... CLEAN ROOM, COMFORTABLE BED, VERY SLOW WiFi... C+ at best on a good day

Currently living in Texas while the rest of the family lives in Georgia until our house sells. Met half way to spend the evening and next day with wife and in-laws for mother's day. Wonderfull stay, friendly staff, and clean, quiet rooms.

The Jameson in Meridian was centrally located, and the price was excellent. Check-in quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was adequate, carpet needs replacing. Ice machine in our building did not work but the other building's did. First morning we went to the breakfast area and it looked like a tornado hit it. Very little food, and no staff member maintaining the area. Second morning was better

I was worried about staying here not knowing if this would be a nice hotel mainly b/c it is pet friendly and my husband is highly allergic. The staff made sure our room was extra clean and it was. Hotel is near a new mall and several places to eat. The breakfast was fabulous! Hot biscuits w/gravy, waffles, cereal etc. This will be our future stay for our halfway stop to Destin. I highly recommend this hotel.

i was very pleased with my stay at jamesoninn even though the reason for being there was not that great, my father had pass away. it was unexspected so thanks jamsoninn for being there.

just off I-20 in a well-lit area. Hotel is fairly new and in very nice condition. Rooms are a good value
