Service was excellent and the front desk was always very helpful. We made the mistake and got a suite on the first floor because it included a private “pool”. The pool was two feet deep and smaller than a hot tub. There was also no outside seating next to the pool and there was only a fence that did not provide enough privacy since the main pool and dining area was adjacent. It was also very loud in our room and we were woken up at 3am by people talking in the dining area. It was a cute hotel but I’d try a different hotel.
Beautiful hotel near to everything, Staff - very friendly, especially Natalie. Amazing architecture. You feel like in your own unit in the condo building. Upper floor has more privacy and sun, while lower floor has more shade and vegetation. Rooms are very spacious, and some have private Jacuzzi. Definitely will come back.
The hotel is new and in a really good location close to the city center. It's esay to go around by foot from the hotel. The customer service is great, I arrived early for check-in (around 11:30 am) and they found me a room instead of letting me wait in the lobby.
Wife and I stayed at this hotel for a week in Merida Yucatan Mexico. Though modest, customer service was very good. Staff was helpful in organizing tours. We took a tour of three cenotes and enjoyed it. Staff also had tips on what to see in Merida on our own. The hotel is nicely decorated and has a small pool. We were on the second floor and had no problem with noisy street traffic. There are reading areas and sitting areas in the hotel. Price is reasonable for a room. Rooms are pretty basic with a bed, tv, air conditioning and combination shower and bathroom. Some hotels in Merida may be more luxurious but also more expensive.
The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, and the main square! The property is well maintained and my room was unique, clean and quiet!. I was in town during Merida Fest so there were a lot of events near the hotel to enjoy. The staff was simply amazing. I booked an excursion on my own before I got to Merida through another website and they didn't pick me up, Vladimir at the front desk helped me contact the company and secure a refund. Booking an excursion through the hotel is the best option. Vladimir also helped me locate fun places to go around town and he was a great help throughout my stay. I strongly suggest this hotel and I will stay there on my next trip to Merida!
I was here for 2 nights for work. The room is nice and there is free water and coffee as well as a fridge. The patio and garden area are nice too. I am a light sleeper and was in a room by the pool and breakfast area. It was noisy late with people in the pool and early with breakfast set up and breakfast people. The doors are thin and keep no noise out. Ask for a room upstairs or at the other end. Also, the desk staff always seem confused about who you are and where your room key is.
Lovely and quiet boutique hotel on a side street in the old town. Few blocks from the square. Near to great restaurants and tourist spots. We enjoyed five nights here with impeccable service. Front desk arranged a car for us to visit Celestún for the day and rooms were spotless every day. Good value.
The hotel is conveniently located seven blocks from the main square. The people working at the front desk speak decent English, and they are willing to help you with all issues you might have. Also, they helped me to schedule my transfer to Valladolid, and they called a travel agency to confirm my pick up. I was impressed. I got a room on a second floor with a spacious bathroom. Also, you get enough closet space. We usually don't spend a lot of time at the hotel and what we're looking for is character, cleanliness, and quietness of the place. Based on those factors, I would recommend this place. It's just charming, full of light, clean with an excellent cleaning service. I'll be back, for sure.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here in September. Even though it was very central, it was quiet, safe and very relaxing. Only a short walk to the town centre and some great restaurants. The staff were all lovely and very helpful giving us some great recommendations on where to dine out.
The rooms are lovely, brightly painted and full of art. The courtyard is beautiful full of thriving plants. My room was comfortable and spotless, and the staff pleasant and helpful. When I became ill during my trip, the staff went out of their way to help me. The location is great - a short walk to the Grand Plaza and Cathedral.
