First ever trip to Spain was amazing hotel was lovely staff where polite friendly and helpful amazing Thomas cook entertainment team all inclusive holiday well worth the money view from room was lovely food and drink lot of variety went walk about to shops and beach if anyone going to the beach there 9 euro charge for the lounger weather was gorgeous would definitely recommend this holiday and hotel
What can I say but this hotel was excellent in every way, from the food down to the cleanliness. One of the best all inclusive holidays I've been on. The food was of excellent quality and plenty of choice. Staff were all pleasant and entertainment team good, always something to do and no pressure if you didn't want to join in. Hotel was situated in a lovely spot not far from a small beach and few shops and restaurants. All in all excellent and would love to return. Only negative was cost of safe for a week at 25€ was a bit expensive.
Holiday booked via Hays Travel agents in Tiverton , staff there very helpful. Hotel was all we could have hoped for; friendly and helpful staff, comfortable accommodation, good choice and range of food and drinks on offer. Short distance, few minutes walk, to a very pleasant sandy beach. We were particularly pleased with the entertainments team of Leo, Ana, Bryan and Kelvin who worked hard throughout the day and evening to provide a range of activities for guests to enjoy. They are talented, enthusiastic people and greatly added to the enjoyment of our holiday.
First holiday with my boyfriend and it couldn’t of gone anymore perfect, it’s a very relaxing place and the staff and entertainment staff are just simply amazing. Food is lovely and the the view from our hotel room was view also amazing.
Hotel spotless and serviced daily to a very high standard Staff always pleasant and helpful All inclusive means just that—and such a choice of food! Restaurant was well run and tables were cleared promptly Excellent experience all round
Just got back from fab week. Hotel very clean, all staff friendly and helpful. Location perfect for us lovely quiet neighbourhood with local pubs, restaurants and shops short walk away. Small beach just down the road, lovely sandy cove water gorgeous. Hotel buffet was excellent plenty of choice and service very good. Entertainment staff brilliant Leo, Ana, Bryan and Kelvin always encouraging to join in the games but not pushy. Even though the hotel was closing for the winter season, all staff maintained the full service.
we stayed here in June 2017, 2x adults and 1x teenager. rooms were a little compact for the 3 of us, but you don't spend too much time in your room while on holiday. check in was quick and we found our room ok, its a small hotel and we found that the main type of guest was older, apparently this is the first year its not been adults only so the wrinklies had some youngers guest now. the pool area was nice, we chose to sit on the grass and plenty of loungers available all day. food was ok but the restaurant could get busy when everyone wants to eat at the same time. think I say this in most of my reviews but if you want to sit outside you have to breath in the smokers filthy smoke, if non smokers had a water pistol and fired it at you every-time your smoke hit their faces, would you still smoke near us? no I don't think so...the hotel should make designated areas for both smokers and no smokers as we don't want to be choked everytime :-( the small beach is a short 5 min walk but could get busy, we went and swam for an hour or so then returned to the hotel. I would happily recommend this hotel for a nice quiet week away. well done sun hotel :-)
We were there in September this year and the hotel was very clean and tidy. Wonderful staff nothing was to much trouble, pool just the right size restaurant good, a variety of food on different evenings, could be a little bit warmer though nothing to keep it warm at the counter. Rooms clean and tidy with tea and coffee facilities. The animation team worked very hard to keep you entertained. Very good location, there is a bus stop just outside the hotel to go to cutidella and beyond. Beach just a 5 minute walk with bars to eat and drink. All in all I would go back again
Good. We stayed for a week towards the end of September. The hotel is in a very nice neighbourhood in Cala Blanca, a short walk to a nice cove and a few bars. The hotel is very clean and in a good condition not sure about the health and safety comments from another review, I am not sure what some people expect for the price, I have certainly stopped at worse in the UK. The food is very good with plenty of options. The drinks are ok, again what do people expect for the price. The staff are very polite, the bar staff were very good and always had a smile. There is entertainment laid on by the TC team and they try very hard to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. In the day they do things like pool, table tennis and darts etc and a quiz takes place at around lunchtime, all fairly low key. At night they do a show which most nights was very good. One night they hade a Drifters tribute act on and they where fantastic. Also one of the team was a Saxophonist and singer and she was great. The pool area is very good and clean, no need to worry about getting a sunbed as plenty of them. Water a bit chilly but once in it was fine. Bad Avoid room 108, it is above the kitchens and you are awoken every morning at 6am to 6.30am by extractor fans going on and the moving of bins, in fact 1 morning I had to ring reception as they started playing music at 5.30am. The music around the pool can be a bit loud and also I didn't think it was the sort of music the average guest would really want to listen to. There were a lot of flies in the restaurant which was annoying, something they need to look at. The brochure does give the impression of adult only when in fact children are allowed, the few children there were very good but that may not always be the case. Overall We had a very nice week and felt that we got what we paid for, if you are looking for 5 star then this is not the hotel for you, but if you are looking for a relaxing week in a nice area with decent food and drink then this is worth a visit. We would have no hesitation in going back.
Pool view rooms on upper floors also have ocean view. Theme dinners were tasty every night. Staff are very nice. The entertainment team work hard on putting on shows at night. Five minutes walk to the beach. Short drive to Ciutadella. €5 to use the sauna €3 to rent an iron. Different massage options.
