This property should not bear the Sheraton brand. The hotel should have been renovated years ago, the furniture, walls and floor of the aisles and rooms are visible dirty (the carpets has not been cleaned in years). The phones are at least 30 years old and internet service is not existent. But the absolutely worse is the lack of service from the front desk personnel. To management clean up your act - do not make any excuses.

Unfortunatelly the pool was not working. So if you choose a hotel for its amenities is good to know if it are abailable or not.
We had a great stay at the Sheraton Mendoza. The front desk/concierge was very helpful (Fabio is our main man and provided 5 star service from help heckling in to recommendations of wineries and where to eat). The food is mediocre compared to what you can get almost anywhere else in Argentina. However that is the only complaint, as every other aspect of our stay was wonderful. Stay here, eat out. Great hotel.
