Beautiful place, very convenient to restaurants, etc. Large room. Excellent breakfast. Onsite parking was a big plus for us. Unloading and initial parking was a negative - instead of offering to help with luggage, the attendant was trying to inform me that there was no valet parking. Not a good start - but it got better from there. No in-room coffee.

Hotel was not as nice as the rating when we booked it. We were on 18th floor and the street noise all night kept us awake. Walls and room doors were very thin and we could hear people talking in other rooms. Hotel gym equipment outdoor poor and pool was very small. No hot tub. Parking was good as was the breakfast.

All good...perfect........ in mind condition...... very friendly...

Excellent! the staff were superB and the hotel is in the city center.

I booked a Mountain Corner room, but I get a low floor room with a building in front of my window.

Helpful staff. Spa out of order. Mediocre food. Good location.

Very nice place to stay. The building needs an remodelling though.

When we booked the Diplomatic hotel we imagined that this was our splurge hotel since it was by far the most expensive. Out of the 3 hotels we booked on our South America trip this was the most disappointing. Arrival: We booked our taxi arrival from there (found out later it was double the price of the taxis), our driver was sitting down when we arrived with our name all rolled up so we literally were wandering the airport asking if people were there for us. Room: When we checked in (no one else was checking in at 5pm) they had us awkwardly wait 10 minutes while they "got our room ready." When we got up to our Corner Mountain Suite room, I immediately started sneezing uncontrollably. The room didn't look like it had been dusted in YEARS. We went to get settled and I inquired about the 7pm wine tasting I had read about. I was informed that the tastings only occur during the high season and they do nothing for people who come in November... yay. Spa: Not to be deterred, I booked a wine spa treatment. When I arrive to the spa they gave me a rough short ripped robe and had me get changed in the dirty locker room and instructed me to wait in the sauna. The sauna beeped and no one came to get me so I walked outside awkwardly where they then had me go to the treatment. The treatment itself was fine, I was supposed to have a wine tasting which was bad and the wine pool was broken so they ended it early, charged me in full, and sent me away. Breakfast: Many choices was good!
