We stayed with our business partners in July this year, it was extremely easy to arrange meetings with local business associates. It is centrally located and the staff was very attentive to our needs, even at 2:30am.

Situated close to downtown, this is a luxury hotel. The staff are very professional and friendly and the public areas are bright, airy and comfortable. I only ate breakfast here and there were many things to choose from on the buffet. The bedroom was luxurious with a large bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower. The bed was so so comfy and there were plenty of electrical outlets. The flooring was a bit of a let down, as the wood had buckled, but this is where I will always stay in Mendoza.

My top floor room was quite large providing a beautiful mountain view. Great neighborhood location. I had the prix fixe lunch that was delicious/good value. Breakfast was also yummy with a variety of options. The gym was small yet functional/clean, pool was freezing in the winter (I plunged anyway) I had spa treatments; massage was weak yet the grape exfoliation was awesome, my skin was lovely afterwards.

We chose this hotel after much research, and were very happy from the moment we entered the beautiful lobby. We were upgraded to a large corner room with a great view of the mountains. It was huge and had a separate room with vanities, leading to another with a separate bath and shower. Our room was always kept clean and made up promptly. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly, and helpful when I had trouble printing in the business area. Martin, the concierge helped us to book a day trip to Mt Aconcagua, When we returned we left a jumper on the bus. We mentioned it to Martin, and it was returned 10 minutes later! Breakfast was a huge spread with all those delicious cakes which look like they should be at afternoon tea, along with many other choices. We also went to the complimentary wine hour, where you are offerred a taste of a local wine, paired with a snack, We walked to local restaurants, and always enjoyed our meals, although some were a little more expensive than in Australia. Next to the hotel was a great patisserie, and we could not resist their empanadas and pastries. You can also get a good coffee up on the next corner The hotel is very central and we found it easy to get around. I would love to stay their again if I ever visit Mendoza again

We arranged airport transfers through the hotel but they weren't waiting when we landed. After a phone call we were told 5 minutes. I called back 15 minutes later and was told to get a taxi and the hotel would pay. Not a great start. However! As soon as we checked in they were very apologetic and offered us complimentary coffee and pastries. This would have been a good enough recovery but when we arrived in our room later that day (we'd arrived before the room was ready) we also had a free bottle of champagne and a letter from the Manager apologising. That was definitely above and beyond our expectation. The room was very large with great views of the mountains (to be fair we did book and pay for the view). Very clean and well appointed. Super friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was very extensive. Lots of the best restaurants for dinner are located within a short walk so definitely a great place to stay.

Standard international hotel; room and bathoom wide and quit. Fornitures are on new style but are aging quickly, i.e. in my bathroom sink porcelain was damaged, shower tab full of crusting and shower door was not sealing (my room was 705). Breakfast very good with wide choices of fruits. Wifi was not always fast and properly functioning at my flloor (7). I appreciated the gym room.

Excellent location, close to everything in the city. Great exclusive restaurants very close. Service is perfect. Parking lot very convenient. Breakfast, views, gym are very good as well. Highly recommended for business and tourism trips.

Spacious rooms, comfortable king size beds, room service, bathtub, shower, rooms with a view, parking, restaurant, spa! This hotel has it all. Perfect location, excellent service, friendly staff. Breakfast is so Abundant! Gluten free options as well! Everything clean and neat! 10 points!!! We had a great time here! Totally recommended!

Super! A nice and elegant atmosphere with great staff. Everybody is helpful enough in English and Spanish ( I didnt try other languages). Delicious breakfast is served in early morning and displays wonderful local sweeties. Clean, organized and pretty well-located.

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon. We had a room with a wonderful view of the Andes. Hotel staff was very friendly. I really liked the daily wine tasting (included in the price) downstairs at the bar. The breakfast buffet was wonderful as well. Location is pretty good - walkable and quite central in Mendoza. Easy to get to a supermarket, all the main parks and squares, and tons of restaurants.
