Rooms have no heat other than a small,noisy inefficient electric fireplace. It took over two hours to bring the room temp up to normal. I complained to the office and they provided a small 1000 watt. personal heater. We had to leave both on continually overnight to stay warm. The room is designed for people under 5 ft tall. The bed has no frame and sits on the floor consequently the bedding is in contact with the floor. The bathroom sink height is just above my knee level. I had to stoop to use the mirror or sink. For $140. I should have slept in the car.
Quiet and clean. Didn’t like that the window didn’t open. If you leave the patio door open squirrels come in the room looking for food.
Perfect vacation spot. With a romantic partner or for a long weekend of self care. So dreamy.
What a fantastic place to stay and view the glorious ocean right from the room!! My mom and I were so happy with the rooms and the amenities! From check-in to room to view to convenient access to the ocean and the road, everything was absolutely perfect! Check-in was a bit shaky at first because of some issue with the room that was assigned to us at first, but the fantastic lady at reception, Monica, really went above and beyond to get us a suitable (and better!) replacements! I really can't think of staying anywhere else on my yearly visit to Ft. Bragg now!
Nice location on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Easy walk to he headlands and beach. Property is somewhat dated however clean and well kept. I did not appreciate being told to “come back in twenty minutes” when trying to check in.

First of all, kudos to the staff for their friendliness. I had a corner, 1st level room. Very spacious, reasonably clean. Housekeeping doesn’t come in every day due to covid restrictions but if I needed anything else the staff was accommodating. Keurig coffee machine in the room with a bowl of real creamers, small fridge but no microwave. Large TV, killer view off the balcony (they all face the ocean). My only complaint would be the shower. They need to replace either the shower head or the diverter because more water came out of the spigot than the shower head (room #40). Big waste of water, it was less wasteful to just take a bath. Overall it was a great stay, a little more expensive than some of the other hotels but the view was worth it. Would definitely stay here again.
Unable to sleep unless you unplug the refrigerator, it was very noisy. There was no menu for the TV channels either printed or available on screen.
The room had a beautiful view and the receptionist was very friendly and warm. The property was a little old and there was no maid service to change bedsheets everyday.

Property was well situated. Rooms were clean but dated. The staff was very pleasant. We weren't able to get into our room until nearly 4:00.
Needs a new bed! It makes a noise when you change lying position.
