The room is great. The bed is big, comfortable and clean. The bedroom was newly refurbished so it was an unexpceted, pleasant surpirse. The hotel is near the Mississippi River which is nice.

It's an older hotel lots of things need repaired it's not in a very good neighborhood The hotel staff was friendly though

Great rates, friendly staff. I would stay here again.

it was a decent size, clean room with all we needed for the night at a rate that was affordable

The location is great. The price is great the hotel is so so but u get what u pay for!

Nice and clean hotel. I would stay again. Close to Beal St.

Gun shots outside the door FOUR TIMES during the night. VERY scary neighborhood I a run down area of town. The room was clean, but in terrible condition. The show curtain and faucet were falling off. The air conditioner didn't work. NO parking within a quarter mile of the building (the parking lot was so small it only could have 15 cars). We got your room and found out that the door didn't lock. We went back to the front desk and got a different room, where the door wouldn't UNlock. Went back to the front desk and told the receptionist the door wouldn't unlock. Her response was to rudely say "are you sure?" I'm not an idiot, and I know when a door isn't opening. The advertised continental breakfast was cereal, toast, or a cinnamon roll...NOTHING else. We got the heck out of there as soon as possible: I've stayed in hotels a LOT for work and this was EASILY the worst experience I've ever had. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very limited parking, no open slots available. Only one drive through to exit, which was blocked so had to back down hill to entrance to leave. Finally parked across street in vacant lot. Breakfast not ready on time, and very limited, even for "continental" type. Room smelled musty and bathroom was not very clean. Coffee maker in room, but no coffee packets were provided. Will stay elsewhere on my next trip to Memphis.

Sad to say the room was very dirty. Hairs in the bathroom. Water took forever to drain in the tub. Sheets satined (yikes). Recluse spider in the sink didn't help matters. Breakfast was non-existant, out of coffee and only mini muffins available.

The staff was great and very helpful when needing a shuttle to Beal Street. The hotel was reasonably priced & location was only about 3 minutes away from Memphis. We will stay there again whenever we return to Memphis.

This was a pretty average hotel. The room was clean, had a tv with a surprising amount of channels, a microwave, fridge, safe, and a hair dryer. I got what I paid for, and if you're looking for somewhere cheap to stay, this will get the job done. It's about a 7 minute drive to Beale street and is right off the interstate; very easy to find. The website says there's a jacuzzi, but there actually wasn't one :/

This was by far the worst hotel ever! Do not stay here under any circumstance! Extremely rude staff, not only to myself, but I witnessed daily rudeness on the part of staff towards other patrons while I was in the lobby. Very noisy - there were actually dogs barking all day in two of the rooms. I was told, "We are a pet friendly hotel, so if the dags barking bother you you should stay somewhere else." Filthy - this hotel shouldn't even be on the website. This bad experience causes me to wonder if I will book online ever again.

It's not far from the center city, along hwy. We were back packer travelling with Amtrak. This was the nearest and cheapest one we found online with a short time booking. I bring a GPS in hand and walked along to the place and walked back to the railway station the next morning.

This motel was in a partially abandoned part of town, lots of people partying late, noisy, and kinda scary. The carpet in the room was filthy, and the electrical switches buzzed. Would not recommend staying there unless desperate.

I think this hotel is the best kept “secret- value” in Memphis! For the price, it’s a GREAT value. The staff is all very friendly and helpful; the room was clean; staying there puts you only minutes from many attractions including Beal St., Graceland, the Gibson guitar factory, the Civil Rights Museum, Mud Island, and the Rock and Soul Museum. One of the most helpful amenities was that the hotel staff will take you anywhere you want to go for a fee that was much less than paying for a Taxi. My buddy and I had them take us to Beal St. so that we could drink a few beers, and then we just called and they came back to get us. The down sides are that the free breakfast was not that great, and the location has a few abandoned buildings around it. But, there is also a very nice and scenic park next to the hotel property. The hotel management has been remodeling and putting some money into the place, so the pool was drained and being restored when we stayed, so we did not get to swim. But, overall, this is good place to stay for the money.

Was worried about my 2010 Challenger out in the parking lot, carpet was really bad, booked online, would not have done it in person, I travel alot and gotta tell ya this was pobably the worst room I have stayed in, even when compared to your other Super 8 locations.

The staff at this hotel were part of a family. They were very nice and answered all questions we had. They had the shuttle ready quickly and even took us a couple blocks over because we didnt want to go to beale street and it was raining, so they took us to a resturant. The rooms were clean, but there were no bath clothes. Im sure they would have given us some if we had asked, but i bring all of my own linens with me to every hotel i visit, so i didnt need them. The breakfast was good. Overall i would stay here again! Great value!

the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. no bugs that was very important.

Ok for one night. Only good item @ breakfast were the waffles.

As my friend and I arrived close to 11pm we were not impressed by what we saw; mainly due to the area. It was to the point where we didn't care if we lost out on the room cost since it had already been paid. However, the staff was very accomodating. We requested a room facing the parking lot since we drove up in a 17 ft. U-Haul with my Toyota Camry attached via an auto transporter. We were provided the room right next to the office on the 1st floor and my friend literally slept with the curtains open so we could see our truck parked in the vacant lot - with signs posted - No Hotel Parking - however we were told we could park just move it by 8am which we did. The room was super clean and pizza delivery the staff suggested was quick and delivered nice and hot. Only downfall was that I dedided to choose this location because website indicated shuttle. Well, it turns out the shuttle was $3 ONLY to Beale Street. They wanted to charge us $25 PER PERSON to Graceland!!!!! So we just checked out and went on our own. Overall, the price I can't complain. I felt bad for judging the location by how scary it looked at night.
