Barely met my need for a one-night stay. Would not consider this hotel for anything other than a stop over.

When we checked in, the service was slow. Upon reaching our room and storing our stuff, my companion stretched out across the bed to relax for a few minutes. When he flipped over the pillow, there were make-up stains on the pillow case. I pulled back the covers to discover long, black hair on the sheets. When I called the front desk, the clerk offered to switch us rooms because he was the only staff member present so he couldn't have the made made up with clean sheets. I had to walk down to exchange the keys, and we had to move our luggage without assistance. The second room looked and smelled better but still was not appropriately stocked with linens necessitating another trip to the front desk to get wash clothes.

The pictures online made this Quality Inn look nice. It was not clean. It has fallen into disrepair. The foundation is uneven, and the area around the hotel is sketchy. I was given a nonsmoking room, but it still smelled so bad that I and my two daughters didn't sleep. Because we booked through Orbitz, we had to stay through the night or lose our $100.

Quiet, staff very nice, great breakfast. Convenient

After reading some reviews, I was a bit skeptical about booking this hotel. However, I went through with it due to the location and price. I must say, the office staff was extremely helpful (even during after hours check in), the room was updated and clean, the breakfast was hot and had a good variety, and the wifi and cable worked well. I highly recommend this hotel especially for the price.

There was ants in the bathroom. Light bulbs missing in the room. The "clean sheets" were stained yellow and brown. No trash bags. No towels when we get there

This hotel was just okay. Sort of old and tired, but considerably cheaper than properties closes to downtown and since I am a frugal traveler it worked okay for me. There really aren't any restaurants in the immediate area, but it is right on the bus-line that takes you right downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a nice hotel and located close to everything we wanted to do. The continental breakfast was very limited however, there were a few breakfast places that were within walking distance. Plenty of parking.

The hotel was great except for the continental breakfast at 6:30 am there was nothing left and no one tending to th station

Hotel was very clean when we checked in, but they forgot to vacuum one day and forgot to replenish the towels another day. Other than that, good price for what your get for Memphis area. Great location. Not noisy next to Beale St. but only a couple of blocks away from Sun Studio. Super easy to get around town since it's right off I-240 exit.

Nice hotel overall. About a 30-minute walk from Peabody and Beale street, and just 15 minutes to Sun Studio. The area seemed safe. The staff were very polite. The room was good - clean and pretty big, with a TV and micro (don't remember about a fridge - we didn't need one anyway). The place was quiet, too, at least while we were there. Breakfast was ok - boiled eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, buns, juice, coffee, yogurts, apples. Would stay again.

Motel is just off the freeway and convenient to medical facilities nearby. The motel, however, is older and an older style set-up. Room and bathroom were a little small. Bedding was not typical--no fitted sheet or mattress cover (just a bed sheet over the mattress). Breakfast bar was acceptable with a pretty good variety of items, although the only hot items were sausage links, biscuits and gravy, and waffles you can make. But the price wasn't too bad, and the staff were super nice. So, if you are not looking for luxury but something functional, this might work.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Quick and friendly check-in. Amenities are what you would expect in this price range. Reasonable close to Beale Street with convenient shuttle service available (see brochures in the front lobby area). Overall decent experience.

Staff was very nice and location was perfect Breakfast could get a little better though.

It was fine. We just needed a p!ace to sleep for a few hours and it served the purpose just fine.

My objective was to get close to Memphis Regional 1 Trauma Center and this is about 1/3 mile away. Room was simple and clean and breakfast was better than expected.

The other reviews about this place being loud are true, especially if you are on the side by the highway. That is where all the pet-friendly rooms are so if you have a dog you have no choice. In that area is also a very loud ice machine and about once an hour all evening a helicopter flew over very low, because this place is near a helipad. The woman at the front desk was nice & tried to find me a quieter room but gave me a key to an occupied room by mistake (!) so I went back to the original loud one. It was clean enough, but not spotless. In the morning there was a foul odor inside & outside the room... Everywhere! Not sure what that was but I was happy to get on the road again and away from that whole area. Would not return.

While the room itself was OK and clean, upon entering the room I was bombarded by a smell of what may have been smoke, despite it being a smoke free room. The temperature was ok for me, but probably a little cool for most. I had plenty of towels. I heard a train in the middle of the night. The staff was nice and helpful, but they could not overcome the location, and the funky smell.

The hotel is simple, but clean. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The value is great and the location near the hospital campus couldn't be better. I never felt unsafe during my stay, and recommend it as a basic, yet clean place to stay.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Got some rest that was definitely need.
