Great customer service and a quality room and free breakfast!

I called ahead to check on my reservations for hours before arriving. Couldn't reach anybody for a whole hour finally stopped calling. I arrived at the hotel was calling them while I was in the hotel lobby nobody was answering the phone the phone was just ringing. They gave me a room on the construction side of the hotel which was too noisy so I asked for another room. I went to the other room as instructed and waited on young lady to bring the keys to open the room we stood at the room for about 15 minutes before I had to finally call downstairs and say hey I'm standing at the door of the room you told me to go to. The ladies that work the shift that I was there we're very unpleasant unprofessional and really didn't help in any situations. When I got into my room only had 1 face towel so I called downstairs for more towels and the phone was busy. So I hung up the phone call back 2 minutes later phone was still busy. Call back again five minutes later phone was still busy. Call back again after another five minutes somebody finally answered the phone and put me on hold. I was on hold for about 10 minutes and I could actually hear the lady serving other people in the lobby while I was on hold. So I hung up the phone went downstairs and when I approached the desk the lady told me to hold up a minute while she talks to another one of her fellow employees which appeared to be a personal conversation. By this time I was highly upset I finally got to speak to someone which was rude

Orbitz showed hotel to have smoking rooms and I requested a smoking room and have confirmation copy as proof. The hotel did not honor the Orbitz confirmed reservation for me.

All I expected for our comfort during our overnight stay was here. The room was large, clean and we'll maintained. Breakfast was ample. Very friendly cheerful staff who went out of their way to attend to our needs. The convenience (close to the airport) and price were excellent. Highly recommended​!

adjacent to the hotel is a concrete plant that begins industrial drilling and hammering at 0530. trucks begin to roll at 0600. The drilling and hammering continues for over an hour. if you sleep beyond 0530, find another hotel.

Hotel was very clean great staff but had a smoke free room which smelled like smoke and was woke up at 6 a.m. due to concrete plant being right beside are room on the 6th floor and couldn't go back to sleep due to the noise.

I was pleased with the friendliness and the room was very clean and comfortable. I also liked the gated parking area.

Hello Lauren we appreciate your perspective on our hotel, amenities and area, However there are many places to dine two grocery stores, and three drug stores within walking distance or our free 2 mile radius shuttle bus driver would have been very happy to take you to. Just Ask!

exemplary for an airport hotel.

All I expected for our comfort during our overnight stay was here. The room was large, clean and we'll maintained. Breakfast was ample. clean hotel but very noisy
