The mattress in room 419 was broken. Absolutely could not sleep on it. Took pictures - it wasn't just an uncomfortable mattress, but was visibly broken.
Nice, clean, and peaceful with professional staff. Will return and stay more nights.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was well kept. Breakfast was Great. The Room was clean, nice size, and looked wonderful. My stay was wonderful. I shll be staying again. The Front Desk Host Ms. Sherri just wonderful.

We rented a room at this hotel to allow our daughter some swim/pizza time with friends for her 13th birthday. With the lack of table space in the room, the desk clerk allowed us to use a table in the restaurant before it opening time for some birthday cake. The chef stopped by to make sure that we had everything we need, and even cut on the lights above our table to help. During the cake, several employees stopped by to wish her happy birthday. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, but the staff is TOP NOTCH at this hotel.
The hotel was clean and staff attentive. The pool worked great for the kids.
Highly recommend hanging in the bar area. bartender incredibly helpful, outgoing, great service.
Check in person was awesome!! They didn't have our free breakfast information on file, but luckily I brought my confirmation and she took care of it on the spot!! Desk person a little later that night wasn't as friendly, but answered any question. Only negative was we had four (4) people in the room which was identified on the reservation, but when we entered the room they only left three (3) towels and two (2) washcloths each day. Had to go down to get more towels and washcloths. Not a big deal, but looks like if the room sleeps four, they should have bath linens for four. Overall, will go back to hotel. Very close to downtown Memphis, but we felt safe in this hotel as we would not if we stayed downtown Memphis.
went shopping with daughter and 2 grandchildren. great location and room was very clean. only negative was the hotel hair dryer did not work. we had a blast!
