The management is horrible and rude! The first night we were there we had to go back to the office after check in and get sheets and towels, had to make up the beds ourselves. You could tell the Floors had not been cleaned in days! Dead roaches and cigar paper everywhere. The next day when we asked for clean towels the lady manager said we need the used ones so we can wash, we have no clean towels! The toilet was backed up, the housekeeping staff sit outside on balcony and smoke dope! Very unprofessional and rude!

The most terrible place I have ever experienced! I had a tournament in Millington, Tennessee on 1/19/2019, so I booked this awful place through the Expedia about 3 weeks in advance, because other hotels/motels which near the place host tournament were fully booked; however, the property manager/owner told me that my name was not shown in the system, she asked me to pay her directly with higher rate again to make sure I can stay in this place. Otherwise I would not have place to stay! I left the property for my tournament registration. When I came back the property, the front desk told me that her boss (property manager/owner) told her I could have the same rate I booked from Expedia, and they would help me solve the issue which my reservation didn't show in the property system with Expedia if I pay them directly; it was late and the weather was horrible outside at that time, plus I had a long day traveled to Millington, so I paid them directly. I thought I could have a rest and prepare my tournament for next day, however, the property manager and employee did not cooperate with both Expedia and me to solve the issue even when the Expedia provided all documents to the property manager/owner. Plus the property manager threated and harrass me that I affected her business if I kept trying to solve the issue with Expedia and them, because it would block their phone line even the front desk always put Expedia on hold!!! I returned the key and requested to refund after all this chaos, because I didn't stay in her property, but the manager didn't allow me to request refund!! This terrible place charged me even I didn't stay and request refund right after we saw the terrible env of the property. We drove to the downtown Memphis in the heavy rain and stayed there instead.

great hotel clean and great breakfast, enjoyed our stay. Rooms were modern, and the staff was great, close to all the restaurants. We were there for a family vacation, and felt very safe at this hotel, great location.

We were trying to find an affordable option for a business trip. We picked this one, wish we'd paid 3 times as much some where else! We got there and the sign did not even say Quality Inn! The clerk was very nice, she gave us our room key. When we opened the door to the NON-smoking room, we were almost knocked over by the smell! I walked to see about another room. She gave us another room, walked to the one we were at. She could even smell it outside of the room. We then took our belongings to our new room, which still smelled. Our belongings still smell. The bathroom was gross, we tried to leave quickly the next morning. The breakfast was passable, but the eggs were burning in the warmer and I never saw anyone to tell them. The only reason this is getting a 2 is because the woman was very nice and helpful! Really wish I could un-stay here.

My Rooms was dirty. Blood was in the toilet and tub. Mole all on the refrigerator, dust on the vent and mole throughout the visitor booklet. They refuse to refund my money. They told the police to escorted me off the premises. I was told I could pay to have the rooms recleaned. Lola, Milwaukee, WI

This is a budget hotel. It's a decent place to stay, considering how much it costs. The staff is friendly and attentive. There is a pool and free breakfast offered. The rooms are nothing fancy. In fact, they need to be repaired or renovated. This hotel was probably really great 20 years ago, but it's age is starting to show. The bathroom looks like the shower is coming out of the wall, despite attempts to repair it. The entertainment center with television and refrigerator are nice. However, there is a lack of outlets in the room. Bed is nice and comfortable, no insects detected. If you just need a place to stay and don't care about looks, this place is just OK.

We stayed there going to a funeral. I booked on line with quality inn through choice hotels. This is the nastiest, dirtiest hotel. Dirt room smell so bad bathroom broken finally got into a room not as bad but cracked unfinished Sheetrock in bathroom. Breakfast terrible. Definitely do not recommend

Basically clean except for bath tub. It was gritty with hair in it. First there were 4 lamps but only two light bulbs. We just kept moving them back and forth. A few times the room would smell like sewage for no reason. Electrical outlet by the bed didn't work. Sheets and blankets stained. On our second day the room was cleaned and dirty towels removed but no new towels were left. Overall minor things but there were a lot of them. Didn't see any bugs though.

Very dirty. Floors, bathroom, bed. Washcloth - you could see the brown on it! Told front desk and was told "you should of come and got another one". No apology for having nasty linens. No refund. Nothing. We got to Millington once a month. Never will stay there again!!

Stayed here over the Christmas holiday while visiting family that stay within 2 miles. Check in was awesome and smooth even tho i checked in after midnight the clerk was happy to see me and even knew my name! The room was a different story. It was very aged, outlets looked highly damaged, the sheets had brown and yellow stains around the top and bottom that was very visible when you turned them down. Other than that it served its purpose for a bed and shower as most of my time was spent at my relatives for the holiday dinner and party. It was way cheaper than the other hotels that wanted double the price a night, but in comparison i know understand why as these hotels were much more modern and offered better amenities. For the price I would stay again just to sleep..
